“New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception.”

“Although we arrived while outside painting was being done, the painters interacted with us as we walked around their ladders and rolled over cloth and covered ground. We were pleased to see that the entire building was receiving an upgrade. We look forward to making your establishment top drawer for our stay in the downtown or south columbus area. All of the other ammenities were satisfactory as well.”

“Top notch on all levels. The check in was quick and friendly. The roof top bar Stories had fabulous views of the city. The location was convenient. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the view of the city at night was a plus.”

“We recently stayed at the Aloft Columbus Easton and had mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, the hotel has a modern, contemporary feel and is very stylish. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was one of the highlights of the stay. The shower was large, and the overall layout of the room was comfortable and well-designed. “The property was a new and great. It was a night stay by the freeway I-70. Morning breakfast could be with more options.”

“The room, including the kitchen, was clean and well maintained. Although we initially experienced a language barrier with the staff, they were attentive and resolved the situation promptly. The hotel offers a variety of excellent amenities, though we did not have the opportunity to use them during our stay. We did encounter a minor issue with the shower, which we discussed with management. Aside from that, our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and restful. Overall, we had a pleasant experience...
