Lovely new West Coast style home. "The Tiny West Coast Guesthouse" has 1 bedroom (not a loft). Open the doors to a fully equipped and modern space tastefully decorated with west coast decor.
Main living area features a 65" Fire tv, couch and chair and a well appointed kitchen which includes convection oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, fridge etc.
There is also an area for a laptop setup with high speed wifi included.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, an "Android TV" and a window that opens for the nice evening breeze.
Your 3 piece bathroom has a lovely walk in glass door shower and lots of shelves for your personal items.
This cozy space is bright and airy with a slant roof/ceiling climbing to 16 feet at front. The french doors with built in blinds open to a lovely deck to sip your morning beverage and there is also a side patio to catch the evening sun.
Patio has a NEW hot tub, and a propane BBQ (on request) for your use.
The Tiny is surrounded by gardens and from your deck you will see eagles and herons often in the trees nearby. This property is a 2 minute walk across to the ocean.
We also have original artwork and gifts for sale by local well known resident artist Elevatedware.
Come and stay, relax and enjoy everything Campbell River and the surrounding area has to offer. The Spring season means exploring, great golf, hiking and much more!

A Perfect Tiny-House Getaway in Campbell RiverMy wife and I had an amazing stay at this tiny house! From the moment we arrived, we could feel how much care and thought went into every detail. The space is beautifully designed—cozy, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a tiny home. We loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings and enjoying our morning coffee in the fresh Campbell River air.One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub. Slipping into the warm water after a long drive day was absolute bliss—private, relaxing, and the perfect way to end the evening.The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the place was spotless. We also appreciated the easy check-in and the helpful local recommendations.It was the perfect home base for exploring the area, from scenic hikes to waterfront strolls. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back.Highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Campbell River!

Such a cool place to stay, with thoughtful touches everywhere! The hosts have clearly put a lot of love into making the tiny house a special place. If you like to cook, or make yourself freshly ground coffee in the morning, the kitchen is impressive - equipped with everything you could ever need - including the coffee! Clean, well organized, comfortable & friendly. Lovely, peaceful surroundings. Fantastic experience all around!

This property was exactly as described and more. A compact and stylish tiny home, surrounded by a lovely garden path with butterfly and bee- friendly plants made for a perfect relaxation spot. There is a well- stocked kitchenette, a solid little bath and shower room, a spacious living room for watching TV on the sofa, and a very compact bedroom with a queen bed. The hot tub was easy to uncover and cover again after we used it. It was nice and warm, and not too hot. Deb and Lynn came out to see if we needed anything, and we had great conversation. The location was perfect, and we had a great spot on the costal highway to drive right into town. We feel like we didn't just get great hosts, but we made new friends. We definitely recommend the Tiny House in Campbell River.

Great little gem. Close to beaches and walking paths, and golf if you desire. Quick drive 5-10 mins to south Campbell River for town stuff as needed. Hosts provide a very well stocked kitchen for supplies. Best night sleep in a long time! Next to new tiny house and beautiful garden. Thanks for sharing your knowledge of local interests Deb , much appreciated. You’ve thought of everything and Lynn’s art provided an extra special ambiance. We’ll return.

From booking the stay to communicating with the owner to checking in and enjoying the place, all was very zen and calm. Just wonderful!
I really enjoyed my stay in “the tiny” and would book again without hesitation.
As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. The property was perfect for some peace and quiet and I enjoyed the hot tub. Saratoga beach, a lovely beach only 10 min drive away, was lovely. I ate all my meals in “the tiny” and had everything I needed for that.
Communication with the owner was easy, and messages I sent were answered promptly.

Tiny Gem in Campbell River
"The Tiny" is truly a wonderfully unexpected gem! It is situated amoung a zen type garden with surrounding trees offering soothing shade. Sitting on the deck we were serenaded by the singing birds. The Tiny was very well equipted and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in many ways!

Wonderful cozy home in the garden
Lovely little house with everything you need! Situated in the garden there are beautiful flowers and fun art everywhere. The hosts are wonderful. The hot tub is hot and crystal clean. Its outside of downtown (a good thing) so you'll want a car, or at least a bike, if you want to go sightseeing. We highly recommend this home!

Tiny is the new luxury !
Very beautiful tiny house in the garden of Deb’s property, just in front of the sea. A lot of small attentions in the house, that make you feel home. Very well equipped, and perfectly quiet and clean. Deb & Lynn are perfect host, do not forget to stop by the little craft shop in the main house. Also, follow the book recommendations, all perfect.
