Stugan vid sjön - Green River Lake

Helt ombyggt 1950-stugan med bra läge för båtlivare. Efter en lång dag med kul och sol på sjön kan du spendera natten i komfort. Hem med luftkonditionering med internet och kabel erbjuder avkoppling i vackra utomhusmiljöer. Ljus vit färg och massivt trägolv ger stugan en frisk ren atmosfär. Härligt familjerum med gasspis och nytt kök med gott om diskutrymme och sittplatser för 10. På bottenvåningen finns 2 sovrum, ett med en king size-säng och ett med två tvillingar. Helt badrum inbäddat mellan sovrummen. Den privata befälhavaren ockuperar hela 2: a våningen med en king size-säng, TV, sittgrupp, med underbara inbyggda skåp, full master bad och tvätt. Stugan innehåller alla nya köksapparater och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Kom ner från din roliga dag i skuggan av stora mogna träd på den rymliga uteplatsen när du njuter av din bakgård BBQ på utemöbler och matbord. Stor parkering på plats som rymmer stora båtar och flera fordon. Stugan ligger i utkanten av en vacker 50 hektar stor gård med öppna fält som har gott om vilda djur att se tillsammans med fantastiska solnedgångar såväl som kycklingar som promenerar på gården, vilket ger den mest naturliga formen för skadedjursbekämpning. Denna stuga erbjuder verkligen det bästa från båda världar. Endast 0. 9 miles från Smith Ridge båtramp, 1. 7 miles från Emerald Isle Marina och strand, och 4 miles till centrum med tillgång till restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker.

Unfortunately, we came to Kentucky for the passing of our father. This house provided us with the warmth and comfort we needed during a difficult time. It was exactly what I needed! Under better circumstances we would have enjoyed the wildlife. I am hoping to stay here again. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect Country Home

We visit family in Campbellsville often and this is the only place we stay. The Hosts are incredible and the backyard is perfect for our family to fellowship. We are so grateful for the wonderful place to stay!

Amazing location for boating and a very relaxing property

Owners were so accommodating and friendly. Property was so very nice. Will rent again in the fall and make this a property to use during fishing season each year. Plenty of place to park several cars and boat. House was so clean and had everything you would need to have a relaxing weekend. Felt just like home. Plenty of wildlife to see.

We visit KY frequently and this is always our first choice of places to stay. Love the location, the layout of the house, and the Hosts are wonderful. Our home away from home. ;-)

Family Thanksgiving

Perfect location! Very responsive host. Sleeps 6; dining table seats 6; outdoor table seats 6. Kitchen is well equipped; knives can use a good sharpening though. Dishwasher is quiet when running. Master suite is spacious, beautifully decorated, and on a separate thermostat from the main floor...and the space has 2 ceiling fans! Main floor bedrooms are also spacious; beds are high. We loved the big back yard and the little ones enjoyed the chickens and running in the field. Any issue was handled quickly by Kelly. Our only issue was the living room furniture: high arms obstucted setting a coffee cup on an end table and deep seats were stiff and uncomfortable. There were many throw pillows to support seating; however, we could not use the pillows due to significant allergies to feather down. The furniture did allow ample space for 6 persons. Overall, this was a beautiful home, we enjoyed our week, and will definitely keep The Cottage on our list of places to stay when visiting Campbellsville.

Outstanding Accommodations!

We had a wonderful stay! A beautiful, yet comfortable home located on a large, peaceful property! The hosts were amazing…very responsive to our questions and even provided us with a dozen fresh eggs from the chickens in the backyard. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Amazing Home, Wonderful Hosts!

We had the best experience. The cottage is well-stocked, very very clean, and cozy. We will most definitely be coming back. We roasted marshmallows over the fire pit, warmed up by fireplace inside, made homemade lasagna in the beautiful kitchen, enjoyed family meals around the table, slept well, and loved seeing the Deer and chickens. The host was very kind and responsive! It is a lovely place and we cannot wait to return.

Beautiful Farm Cottage

The house is fantastic - great space for a gathering of family and friends. Minutes from the lake and the owner offers great options for getting out on the water (boat, kayaks). We have been twice and will be going back.

Fantastic stay in Campbellsville

Our first time in Kentucky. This is a beautifully renovated house, with 3 fab bedrooms, a great living area, and a wonderful kitchen. All modern, with wonderful furniture and fixtures. It is exactly as described and in the pictures. We had everything we needed. Kelly is a fantastic host. He and his wife came by one our first day to make sure everything is great. The backyard is great to hang in, with a grill (which we used a lot) , a seating area, and a fire pit. We were greeted by the chickens that are residents in the chicken hose (yes house) in the back yard. They are super friendly and provided us with 6 eggs when we arrived. Floppy became a family favorite during our stay. Campbellsville is a nice little town. Kroger and Walmart supplied us with all we needed. The local liquor store provided the wine and both Brother's BBQ and La Catrina Mexican restaurant were fab. We were 5 minutes away from Emerland Isle on the Green River lake. We rented a pontoon one day and had a glorious time on the lake (seemed like we were the only ones on) and about 15 minutes from Green River Marina. Overall, we would give 6 stars for the house, the location, and the hosts. You won't go wrong renting this place from Kelly
