Fenisia Guest House XVIII-talet - fritidshus i det historiska centrum av Salento

huset har 5 dubbelrum, alla med privat badrum, varav ett för funktionshindrade, luftkonditionering och platt-TV, gratis WIFI, utrustat kök, stort vardagsrum med öppen spis, en charmig innergård och en stor trädgård bak med POOL utrustad för uteservering med utomhusdusch. Hus anpassade för funktionshindrade personer, alla på bottenvåningen med handikapptoalett. Allmän parkering på 30 meter. Den stora bakre trädgård med pool att tillbringa vackra sommardagar och nätter i gemytlig sammankomster. Priset avser hela huset exklusivt för max 11 personer.

I husets tere finns 5 dubbelrum, alla med eget badrum (ett badrum för funktionshindrade), luftkonditionering och TV, gratis WIFI. Kök, vardagsrum, middag rom med öppen spis, charmig hall, stor bakre trädgård med gamla sten stabil. Plats som lämpar sig för rörelsehindrade. Nära gratis parkering (30 mt). Den bakre trädgård med pool och solarium finns som att äta middag i sommarnätter. Priset avser hela huset till exklusiva förfogande grupp av gäst (max 11 personer).

Great house, intreresting area and village, friendly and helpful people, perfect for a holiday

The house is perfect for a large group of people. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and living areas, and reasonably well equiped kitchen. More chopping boards and wine glasses would be wellcome. Inner yard and pool area were very nice and perfect for al fresco dining. Nice rooms with en-suite bathrooms and aircondition. The local managers, Milena and Francesco were extremely friendly and helpful with everything from helping with dinner reservations to retrieving lost luggage. We strongly recommend this house for family or group vacation.

Maison magnifique avec énormément de cachet, en plein cœur du joli village de campi salentina. Tout est accessible à pied ce qui rend les vacances - notamment avec de jeunes enfants - très confortables. La maison est très bien équipée pour accueillir des groupes (dans notre cas deux famille avec chacune 3 enfants ) tout en permettant d’avoir de l’intimité car chaque chambre dispose de salle de bains. Tout est meublé avec goût, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle avec lave vaisselle neuf / micro ondes etc. Et la cour intérieure avec piscine est magnifique, et par ailleurs entretenue tous les matins par Milena qui est très sympathique. En bref : un séjour parfait !

Lovely property, felt like an oasis. Next to a piazza with a lot of activity. Close to bars, coffee, restaurants, and stores. Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. We never had an issue parking. It was easy to gather as a group and also have seperate areas for privacy. Close to Lecce too about a 15 min drive, lots to do there as well.

Family visit --- Amazing

We visited for 1 week with 3 different families sharing the accomdations and couldnt have been happier. The house was well kept and clean. The pool area with covered seating was just what the doctor order for those jot afternoons in Puglia. The town is very quaint with many l9cals in the square during the summer vacation period which really gave our visit an authentic italian feel. Melina and her husband went above and beyond to enayre our every need was met which was greatly appreciated. with

Super charmant

We zijn in Fenisia Guest House geweest met onze familie. Het is een bijzondere, prachtige plek om te verblijven. De kamers zijn ruim en heerlijk koel in de zomerhitte. De binnentuin en het zwembad super gezellig. Milena deed er alles aan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Zodra je de poort van Fenisia uitloopt, kom je in het super charmante dorpje uit waar je op loopafstand heerlijk kunt eten, een lekker ijsje kunt vinden, een prachtige kerk en een gezellig terras. Kortom: Fenisia Guest House is een absolute aanrader!

Une maison merveilleuse et des hôtes adorables

Cette maison est fantastique, de grands espaces aérés, un jardin avec une piscine qu'il fait bon retrouver à la suite d'une longue journée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les Pouilles. Tout à distance de marche pour les courses. Le centre historique est très beau et les gens de Campi sont vraiment accueillants. Cette semaine à Campi a été la plus belle de nos vacances. A Lovely Guest House

Fenisia Guest house is a lovely place to stay. We were 6 friends traveling through Puglia and we enjoyed being able to gather in the dining room, the living room and around the pool. The check in process was so easy and Milena was very helpful with the whole process. The house was located close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Wonderful accommodation with amazing pool

We had a lovely time in the centre of mCampi Salentina which is a small town with picturesque square and some good pubs, bars, cafes, ice cream parlour and supermarkets. You enter via a historic door to a stone courtyard where there is access to individual rooms. Each room has a bathroom, fridge, tv etc. Then there is the main house with kitchen and living room and pool courtyard beyond. The arrangement was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 5 kids. Kitchen was well appointed and everything worked. Pool was superb and big enough for kids to play in. Host was available and helpful but not intrusive. Double beds were quite firm by English standards but the majority of our party were raving that once tried they gave the best nights sleep they had ever had. Tv reception was a little unreliable and I am not sure if there were racks to hang towels and swim wear etc but we just hang on chairs outside as it was so hot. Bathrooms were working well and clean but with a few minor improvements could be perfect such as new shower head. In general an extremely beautiful, clean, characterful property and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to visit this area of Puglia.

Des vacances réussies !

Nous avons passés 7 jours magnifiques dans cette grande maison. Nous avons appréciés les échanges avec le propriétaire et la personne qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée. Les chambres sont géniales et indépendantes : super pour se reposer. La cuisine, la piscine, ... le rêve ! Nous avons particulièrement appréciés la terrasse fermée et hyper grande pour les apéros et les diners du soir. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine !!! L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour un petit café sur la place du village devant la grande église.

Fabulous stay

Great villa in a non-touristy little town

We stayed as two families with 5 children from 5-10 years old. It is a great villa in a quaint little town off the tourist circuit. Great location for checking out the region. Would happily stay again. Great cafe, restaurant and bakery within 50m walk.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, full of charm and with all comforts. We were a large group of family and friends with children (aged 7 to 16) and we all loved it: the high ceiling rooms, the lovely reading room and above all the terrace (we grilled great fish every night!) and pool. Location is perfect, right smack in the centre of charming Campi Salentina; crystal clear waters are a short drive away, marvelous Lecce even closer...and great wineries are super easy reach. In one word: perfect! Landlord was very kind and responsive and Milena super efficient. Thank you!!!

Beautiful house with everything you need

We had a fantastic time at the Fenisia Guest House - it was a great place to hang out but also to use as a base from which to visit other places - Lecce, and nearby beaches. The house is just beautiful and had everything that we needed. Milena was a fantastic host - very attentive and responsive to what we needed. When we had a small issue with the hot water, she was at the house with a plumber in 15 minutes and it was fixed soon after! Thank you for everything!

Nous sommes venue à deux familles.la location est idéale car chacun avait qq belle chambre ar sa salle de bain.Milena qui nous a accueilli à été très réactive quand nous avons laissé les clés à l'intérieur dune chambre!! L'endroit est parfait. La région est magnifique. Un bémol: aucun produit d'entretien à l'arrivée: quelques pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et du produit pour la vaisselle et ce serait topissime !!

Séjour agréable dans une superbe maison

Très belle maison décorée avec raffinement qui nous a plongé dans l'histoire de la région. Très bien équipée pour un long séjour, sans oublier la piscine..... Un accueil très chaleureux à l'arrivée de la part de Milena et son mari. Dommage qu'on nous ait refusé de laisser les bagages jusque 13h00 avant notre départ vers l'aéroport, un petit manque de souplesse....

A Perfect Base in Puglia

If you are going to Puglia and need a base, this is the place. There are not a lot of options in the region with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms with a pool. The town is small but everything you possibly need is in walking distance. Several grocery stores, a specialty deli, a fish store, fresh pasta store, meat market and vegetable stores all on Via Taranto. While there is no nightlife, there are several places to get a cocktail before dinner and gelato after dinner. The restaurants are good, but we had more fun cooking our meals at the house. The house is perfect and charming. You enter through a wood door to find 4 bedrooms around a courtyard (the photos with the blue doors) then you enter the main house into the sitting room and to the right is the master. From the sitting area you enter the large dining room and then to the right a perfectly stocked kitchen. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room and a half bath. The best part of the house is the pool area which has a reading room off to the side. This could be used as an extra bedroom. Our hosts were amazing and attentive and the people in town welcomed us! There is a wine coop within walking distance that we found too late (it's only open 8-12) and a short drive to Guagnano you will find the Cantele Winery.

Très belle demeure

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette belle villa Milena, qui nous a accueillis est très gentille très réactive et a été très efficace pour répondre à nos demandes ! Seul bémol : les équipements de cuisine sont à améliorer : pas de lave vaisselle c'est le point majeur lorsque nous sommes nombreux Par ailleurs il serait nécessaire de mettre à disposition des vacanciers des ustensiles pour le BBQ ainsi que de la vaisselle supplémentaire : casseroles , assiettes etc.. Sinon superbe endroit à 10 kms de Lecce au centre d'une vielle ville historique à découvrir
