The location of the apartments guarantees comfort compared to services, without giving up a quiet and quiet residential area, shaded by tall pines. Two are on the ground floor while two are on the first floor, all with its own outdoor area equipped to relax outdoors.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio .
One bed-room apartment for 2/4 people (with the possibility of 5 persons)
Apartment consists of a double bedroom that allows the addition of a 3 bed, a large living room (which is accessed from the outdoor porch) with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower.

- tv; refrigerator; oven; wifi; air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and in the bedroom

Services outside the apartment:
- outdoor furnished space; private parking space; shared use of the other apartments: washing machine, barbeque and outdoor shower

Important notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of € 50,00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be refunded before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20,00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
