Our studio apartment is particularly conveniently located, just steps from the seafront, the historic center, and the Marina di Campo Tourist Port. This town, among the most famous on the island, is renowned for its combination of crystal-clear sea, services, shops, and entertainment.

The beach, over a kilometer long, features golden sand that slopes gently into the sea. It is perfect for families with children and offers both free and spacious private areas. To the east lies the most natural area, with children's playgrounds and a pine forest that provides shade during the hottest hours of the day.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, an induction stovetop, a microwave, an iron, a hairdryer, and two ceiling fans. A child's camping cot is also available.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a large bathtub, a small walk-in closet, and a shared terrace suitable for hanging out clothes.
Parking is available from June 1st to September 30th, located approximately 100 meters from the apartment.

Important Notes:
- Groups of children under 21 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels are not included: a double bed set, also for single use, can be added for €40.00.

Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at the property itself or at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.
