La Triglia is a confortable and welcoming three-room apartment in the centre of Marina di Campo, just a few steps away from the promenade (100mt.) and close to the village centre (50 meter). In the area, you’ll find all services such as pharmacy, supermarket, ice cream shops, restaurants, etc.
Located on the first floor of a residential building with a private parking space inside the courtyard with a driveway gate. Inside, there is an entrance, a spacious living room, kitchen corner with access to the furnished terrace with outdoor furniture. The kitchen has a 4 -burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing maschine. In the sleeping are there is a very spacious double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed and a twin bedroom. Bathroom with bathtube and shower curtain. Air conditioning is only avaiable in the living room,there is a fan in each room, mosquito nets in all rooms.
