  • This large estate, with plenty of space to rest and relax, offers a private pool and has capacity for 10 people, who will have the possibility to visit the beautiful nearby beaches of Cala Santanyí, Cala Figuera or Es Trenc.
    The private chlorine pool is the main protagonist of the outdoor area of ​​this immense property. It measures 9 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1 to 1.8 meters. Around you can sunbathe on the sunbeds and enjoy a delicious barbecue. The pool area is closed to protect the little ones. You can also sit on the porch of the house to have lunch or dinner alfresco. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

    The 2-storey house preserves the Mallorcan character of yesteryear and at the same time has all the modern comforts. Upon entering we find the large room with sat TV. It connects with the dining area with capacity for 10 people and AC. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The ground floor is completed with a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor we have another living room and 4 more bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds each. And all bedrooms have AC and oil central heating. If you are travelling with your baby we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.

    The house is located on a large estate surrounded by fields and peace and halfway between Campos and Santanyí. Its location is ideal if you want to visit the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Santanyí or Cala Llombards. It is also close to the beautiful Mondragó Natural Park. Although in the municipality of Campos, the house is a little closer to Santanyí, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay.

Very comfortable and clean finca in the country perfect for larger groups or families. We had a wonderful experience there. Our neighbors were sheep and the occasional rabbit. A strong windstorm knocked down an outside hanging lamp, and the very responsive owners had it replaced within a couple of hours of assessing the damage. Getting to the house is easy but note that the last kilometer is a mix of paved and unpaved roadway. The pool is pristine and outdoor kitchen an amazing feature. There is plenty of seating both in the house and outdoor in the back porch and poolside.

The house is fantastic for 9 guests

The house is fantastic with a great location and amazing view over fields and mountains in the Felantrix direction. The pool is big and a great alternative, if the weather is cloudy or a bit windy. Bedrooms are big and includes separate bathroom and toilet for each of them. The kitchen lack of size and equipment, so dont expect to do your master chef hours there. There is a nice and funktional outdoor picnic area close to the pool, but remember mosquito balm or a big bowl of Gin/Tonic.
