The private chlorine swimming pool, measuring 7x5 metres and with a depth of between 1.50x1.70 metres, stands out in the extensive natural surroundings, ideal for sunbathing on the sun loungers next to the pool. If you prefer to relax in the shade, a furnished porch, located next to the barbecue ready to prepare delicious grills, will give you that option. The house offers an expanse of nature ideal for the little ones to play in while enjoying a dip in the pool.



Entering the rustic interior of the house distributed over 3 floors, it offers a spacious living room with two sofas ideal for enjoying a movie night with all the guests thanks to the Smart TV. The gas cooker is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your stay. The kitchen space also has a dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy delicious meals with all the guests. To complete this ground floor, there is a complete bathroom equipped with a shower. Going up to the first floor, you will find the 2 bedrooms of the house, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. To serve this floor, there is a second bathroom which is divided into two floors: downstairs you will find the washbasin and the toilet, and going upstairs, you will find the bathtub. Finally, the house has a washing machine, iron and a cot and high chair if you are travelling with a baby.

Campos is renowned for its peaceful ambiance and rural charm, providing an authentic taste of Mallorcan life. The village is celebrated for its traditional architecture, featuring stone houses and narrow streets that invite strolls and the discovery of picturesque spots. You'll find an array of bars and restaurants offering local cuisine. For those who prefer the coast, the stunning Es Trenc beach is just 10 km away, known for its fine white sand and crystal-clear waters.

- There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

A mandatory tourist tax, called Ecotasa, applies in the Balearic Islands. All guests, except those under 16, must pay this tax, which varies depending on the season and duration of stay, with a reduced rate after the ninth day.
