Just minutes from the area’s best hiking trails, world-class climbing, and local dining, this cabin offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. Onsite, enjoy walking trails, farm animals, and The Gathering Grove play space, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or small groups.



Our thoughtfully designed cabin combines rustic charm with modern comforts, giving you space to relax, reconnect, and recharge. With a private hot tub, firepit, and Blackstone grill, The Goldenrod makes your time in the Gorge unforgettable.



Kitchen + Dining



The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials—pots, pans, cutting boards, plates, cups, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and toaster. Farm-fresh eggs from our hens are provided in season. Gather around the island with six bar stools, or enjoy meals at the downstairs dining table. Outside, fire up your private Blackstone grill or share a meal under the stars by the firepit.



Sleeping Arrangements



Accommodating up to eight guests, The Goldenrod offers versatile and cozy sleeping spaces:







  • Main Level Bedroom: A private queen bed with easy access to the large main-level restroom.







  • Loft Bedroom: A plush king bed tucked into the treetops, offering a serene wooded view.







  • Downstairs: A bunk bed for extra guests, plus a spacious sectional couch perfect for lounging.

Outdoor Area



Step outside to your private oasis. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the firepit, or enjoy grilling on the deck. Explore the 40+ acres of onsite trails, visit the farm animals, or let kids explore The Gathering Grove play space. The Goldenrod makes it easy to connect with nature while enjoying the comforts of home.



Cleaning



We make vacations simple: no cleaning fees, no long chore lists. Just place furniture back if moved and take your belongings with you. Cleaning supplies are available onsite, and a washer/dryer is provided for your convenience.

The natural process of weathering formed the arch over millions of years. Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

Perfect Family Getaway

The Goldenrod was everything we needed for our family getaway. The cabin was stunning and every detail had been thought out. The hosts were extremely accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We were close to all the local restaurants, hiking trails & parks. The best part was the lovely homestead & family where the cabin resides. We can’t wait to go back!
