“This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. The experience was horrible. We started in one room and the bathroom sink was dirty. The shower was absolutely disgusting. They changed our room. The second room was better in respects to the bathroom but the blinds were broken and we could not open them. There were also ladybugs near the window. They changed our room again. This time blinds worked, bathroom was ok but when I moved the pillows to rest I saw a dead fly. I called the front desk and...

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was okay, a larger variety of fresh options would make the overall experience even better.
