“Nothing exceptional about this place. Breakfast is minimal. Our rooms carpet needed a good cleaning, otherwise room was clean. In a residential area so buildings all around with no real views to speak of.”

“We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. ”

“My wife and I had our wedding nearby and stayed at Elkside Hideout for the week.The place lives up to its name -- the day we arrived we saw 2 elk in the neighbourhood and the day we left we saw a herd of over 12. It was stunning. It was a beautiful space, amazing spa setup, and the surroundings were beautiful. We had a small ceremony nearby but had the small group (8 in total) over for celebrating and it was comfortable for everyone. We also had our pups with us, which made it really special....
