“The location was perfect for exploring Banff and the area. The chalets are basic and rather rustic - as long as you book with that expectation in mind, it should be a perfectly functional accommodation for a few nights.”
“Not updated at all. Free shuttle they offer only holds 4 people therefore it isn’t helpful at all. No elevator makes it hard to maneuver. Getting ice for our room was not easy and took several attempts. Not worth $750 a night. Would stay somewhere else more conveniently located with better amenities.”
“It was a really nice stay, well furnished, the coffee machine made really good coffee! Nice environment and the hot water tub looked really nice, but we did not have time to use it.”
“The heat system was horrible. It was so loud to have the heat on but soon after you turned it off the room became very cold. The floors were so cold you had to wear shoes inside. It was extremely drafty around both the door entrance and the balcony doors. There seemed to be little or no thought for being environmentally conscious at all which seemed very odd in a national park. For the high price we paid this was nothing more than an average motor motel. ”
