“Mycket bra! Men inf. vid frondesk kunde ha varit bättre. Vi skulle till de varma källorna och fick besked att man inte kunde bada där. Så inga badkläder med. Man kunde åka traktor eller rida på hästar självklart även gå men det är mycket stenigt. När vi kom fram vad gjorde man? Badade så klart! Vi gjorde detsamma i underkläder. Men bättre info hade inte varit fel.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights and I can say it’s the best budget all inclusive hotel in Costa Rica! Location and food was great but there’s not a lot of food options to choose from. They have friendly staff but not the ones in the restaurant. They are just busy talking to each other and doesn’t even want to have an interaction with guests. View was nice! Looks like a painting from afar! Also, don’t forget to hang the DND sign on your door as the hotel staff just go in to your room without knocking...

“I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. All of the food was delicious. The coffee shop amazing. The nightly shows were very entertaining. Shout outs: Jimmy pool bartender, Alexa 3rd floor bartender and Noha front desk person. I wish I can...
