The Space:

– Bedrooms:

This beautiful two-story home features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed, and the third features a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort.



– Bathrooms:

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for all guests. The master bathroom includes a bathtub for extra relaxation. Additionally, there is a half bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for guests and daytime use.



– Kitchen & Dining:

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals with ease. The dining area provides a comfortable space for shared breakfasts or dinners with your group.



– Living Areas:

The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cancún. Please note: there is no sofa bed in this home. The space is ideal for up to 6 guests.



– Private Pool & Outdoor Space:

Step outside and enjoy your own private swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day. The patio area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the warm Cancún weather.



– Parking & Access:

The property includes covered parking for two vehicles with remote-controlled access. Located as the first house on the right as you enter the street, it's both easy to find and convenient. (Note: street access will soon require remote control for added security.)



NOTE:

This is a peaceful, family-friendly home where rest and relaxation are a priority. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, parties, loud music, and excessive noise are not allowed, especially during nighttime hours. Thank you for your understanding.

You'll find supermarkets, local restaurants, and convenience stores just a short drive away. The neighborhood is calm, with friendly residents and 24/7 security access being implemented soon, adding an extra layer of privacy and safety. It’s the perfect base for exploring the Riviera Maya while enjoying the comfort of a private, local experience.
