Nära flygplatsen
Vi stannade här en natt för att sedan åka vidare till Tulum beach dagen där på. Nära flygplatsen och de erbjuder upphämtning på flygplatsen utan extra kostnad. Väldigt familjevänligt hotell. Bra frukost!

Ok room
Nice hotel room. Staff was friendly but veeeery slow on check-in even of it was in middle of night with long line. Also disappointed with the transportation they recommended and booked for us, on the way back we had almost half the cost.. breakfast was ok but not more. Apart from this totally ok hotel to stay in connection to you flight!

Overall good
Overall a very good stay. One of the best hotelbeds I've slept in for quite a while. This hotel would have gotten 5 out of 5 if it weren't for a couple of issues throughout my stay. The first issue was resolved and handled well. I was also compensated so I'm not going to mention what it was. The second issue was that someone from their housekeeping walked into my room in the morning, my day of departure. Shouldn't happen the day of departure. No apology and when checking out they didn't ask how my stay had been so i didn't bother saying anything about it. But overall a good stay and they have free transfers to the airport.

Nice well kept property, with a nice pool area. Very close to the airport. The Oxxo and souvenier store to the side of the hotel were very convenient. The shuttle included to the airport worked great, it runs twice an hour. Property was very clean, comfy beds, and quiet hotel for sleeping. They offer a free breakfast buffet, that had a lot of options, the only thing missing was some bacon or sausage at the buffet. Having a restaurant on site was very handy.

It's an airport hotel, so there isn't much around, but it's easy to get an uber somewhere if you want. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The breakfast was really good. Loved the aromatherapy body wash in the shower - plus it was a bulk dispenser so saved on the overpackaged single-use mini shampoo, etc. Would be more sustainable to also add a hand soap at the sink instead of an individually wrapped soap bar. The airport shuttle is a little confusing. We didn't understand the instructions the hotel sent, and asked for clarification, and our questions were not answered. In the end we got a quick response from the whatsapp number when we landed at the airport and the wait wasn't too long. At the hotel, it's on a regular schedule to get back to the airport. This could easily be made much more clear. Also we left something behind in our room, and were super stressed by the fact that the front desk has no means of communication with housekeeping. We had to wait till housekeeping was back the next day to find out if our stuff was found. It took four phone calls and a message on expedia to get an answer. A better CRM system needs to be implemented to log lost property for all teams to access. What if we had been flying back home and needed our stuff urgently? Thankfully we were still in Cancun, just at a different hotel, so it all worked out.

Perfect for proximity to the airport. I stayed one night with my family because we arrived late. They have a restaurant in the hotel so we didn’t have to explore outside late for dinner and the complimentary breakfast was good. Pool looked nice but didn’t use, hotel was clean and modern.

The free shuttle picked us up quickly from the airport. Check in was a breeze. Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious, it was a bit pricey though. Free breakfast was delicious and the waiters were so kind. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

We arrived on a late flight we got to our room it had a bad smell like sewer gas. It wasn’t over whelming we shut the bathroom door put a towel down and crashed for a few hours. The smell was only bad when the bathroom door was left open.

This is the second time we have booked with this resort. Overall everything is great. The only reason for 4-stars instead of 5 is the smell of sewer coming from the bathroom. However, I was not the only one with this issue as another person mentioned it too. There were no plumbing issues just the smell.
