I wish they will would make better out let’s to charge things, also i was told i would get a lagoon view and we were stuck in the basement area with no credit or anything, other then that the food was good and the service was awesome, I also hurt my finger pretty bad on the sun lounging chairs, they had nothing to support the lift on the back of the chairs to make them sit up and my finger got stuck in the chairs by the pool

Really nice all inclusive hotel, we stayed in the Reserve adults only area and it was nice and peaceful. Daniela (our concierge) was super nice and helpful. We came for our honeymoon, and it was nice! Our room took some time to get ready, but once we were all settled in everything was nice. No one seemed to be expecting tips, but the service was good enough that they deserved it anyways. The onsite restaurants are good, however the food upgrades are quite expensive.

Good stay. Staff very attentive. Big complaint - a large music festival was booked to start Friday. Droves of loud partying teens/20s took over the property starting Thursday aft The reserve was loud and they moved freely between public and private reserve. Friday was a massive inconvenience as it was my last day and I went to the edge of the propriety for quiet. I paid over 4000 for this. Would appreciate compensation. You should have noted the festival. Would have avoided.

The hotel design is beautiful. And service people in the restaurants are very kind and friendly. But concierge was rude and barely spoke English. We checked-in around 9am. I filled out pre-arrival form hoping they will accommodate early check-in but they made all early arrivals wait until 3pm. When I checked-in at 9am the morning concierge told me I’ll have double bed ( I have a toddler and a senior with me). Came back at 3 and the lobby was packed since everybody wanted their room. We got into our room and it had 1 king size bed. Went back explained the whole situation to the concierge and she told me I have to wait for another 2 hours! We were carrying our luggage’s this whole time! Left the luggages at the bell then went to the beach. Got the room around 6pm. The refrigerator was not fully stocked. And the room was full of dust. Under bed, hair drier were disgusting. Towel hanger was about to fall off and the sink was not draining. The entertainment was great however they go until 1am. And my senior mom couldn’t sleep due to the loud sound. My mom left her wallet in her luggage to buy souvenirs for herself and family members. On last day, we found out her money was stolen!!!! The security came, went through all of our stuff got the report and that was it! Beware of thieves! Even though the restaurant staff, design of the hotel and entertainment was great the check in, dirty room and stolen money ruined the whole experience.

Everything was very wonderful and luxurious and all the workers there were excellent. The decor is wonderful, everything is very, very luxurious. The restaurants are excellent. A very wonderful experience. I have a simple suggestion to increase sports activities and increase shopping stores because the stores inside the hotel are ridiculous and their prices are very exaggerated.

The property wasn't the cleanest as shown in photos. We were given a room that practically had vomit on the walls in the bathroom that staff might have missed but still very visible. We had a mini fridge that was fullt stocked when we arrived, however, it wasn't refilled unless we asked them to. A few members in my party were missing items that they left in the room, with those items being a gold chain and apple watch. We believe the cleaners stole these items. I don't think we'll be staying here again.

Cesar from Blue Agave was especially great. As well as Roberto from Agua Marina. Apparently renting cabanas costed $250 USD per day. Everything else was wonderful. It felt like a dream to be there. The ambiance was perfect. Very relaxing and there was always an event going on thru out the week like a night market or concert. Loved Paradisus.

The bathrooms were too old and need to be changed in addition the rooms floor have stains all over and each of the five rooms we reserved balcony was a different size some spacious and some other too small for the same price paid. Every drink was hot we had to ask for the fridge to be changed and some rooms had no coffe maker some others no hair dryer

This resort needs updates . My husband got sick from the food 1 day in to our vacation . The adults only section wasn’t nicer than the other sections . The spa was just fair not clean feeling . Food was just fair . The steakhouse was terrible . Had a great massage from Cecilia .. the night shows were pretty good . The pool chairs were not comfortable. Most likely won’t be back

We really enjoyed most of the restaurants. The activities in the afternoon were really cute and fun for kids. Not much for that in between age (13-17) in terms of activities. The adults enjoyed all the amenities. The multiple pools was really nice and there was a shallower pool for the smaller kids.

This was an overrated, overpriced facility that was grossly understaffed. The staff was very poor. For example, we had to beg for water bottles SEVEN times to get water. We were happy to carry the water bottles ourselves but they were not willing to give more than 2 bottles of water???? Really? A guest paying 10K USD has to beg for water? You need to get your act together. On top of that they tried to sell a timeshare on this property? There was no water for an entire day. How did you get a license to run the hotel? No apology, no return of money, no repercussion for anything negative. Food - for vegetarians, the food was ORDINARY. I only had fruit, vegetables and oatmeal most of the week. I actually did not gain weight. You really need to rethink your vegetarian menu. The rooms were TINY. That was no junior ocean view suite room? You call something a suite if there are multiple rooms - NOT one room. We are definitely not recommending this pathetic facility and staff for anyone.

Avoid at all cost. I never write a review. Rude staff, disgusting food, watered down drinks with cheap alcohol options. Most of the restaurants are bad, food it not edible, how can they serve food this bad. Only good place was the buffet. The shows are good. Check takes an hour. Staff speaks no English. They are not accommodating.

Good location but poor room quality with lack of basic amenities. The so called luxury suite is not luxurious from any angle. The room did not even have basic amenities. The food quality was good but with limited food options and repeated meals everyday at all three times that gets boring after couple of days. The check in process is pathetic. Never seen a place where you need to stand in line for an hour just for checking in and even after that the room is not ready after check in. The views inside the hotel and outside from hotel are great(that’s the only good thing i would say)
