Bodde två nätter. Var perfekt för oss, nära till alla bra restauranger i Canggu och nära till stranden. Rummet var stort och fräscht. Poolen brukade vi inte men den var okej.

Dåligt wi-fi, dusch och högljutt
Pågick en renovering på hotellet som dem inte hade berättat om så jag vaknade andra dagen av att hela rummet skakade och lät något fruktansvärt. Wi-fi funkar bäst i restaurangen och i vissa delar utav rummen men ej sovrum. Duschen var i så dåligt skick att det kom bara lite vatten och första dagen fanns det inget varmvatten. Hotellet genomgår just nu en renovering av rum men som jag förstod det skulle ej rummet jag bo på fixas men berättade om dusch och dylikt så hoppas dem löser det.

Avråder från att boka Kirana I Canggu
Hotellet är hyggligt beläget men har stora brister i mycket. Frukosten är begränsad till 3-4 menyer och önskar du ngt annat får du betala extra. Den lilla poolen ligger i direkt anslutning till restaurangen så vill du slippa se rumpskåran på överviktig person ska du äta frukost när de öppnar. Vi bodde två i rummet och när vi kom saknades både handduk och tvål. Inredningen hängde löst i badrummet. På vår balkong fanns endast 1 stol vilket gjorde att vi aldrig satt där. På nyårsafton åt vi deras meny som vi tydligen betalade för utan att vi fick information om det förrän vi erhöll bekräftelsen. Middagen var INTE god, skickade ut delar av maten såsom inte färdiglagad. De stängde även ner stället innan tolvslaget så det de sålde som en nyårssupe var bara en middag. Kirana marknadsför ocskå att de har ett gym. Detta är en sanning med modifikation. En cykel, hantlar och en ”gåmaskin” ur funktion. Falsk marknadsföring. I övrigt kändes stället ostädat. När vi checkade ut hade vi en 40 min diskussion om förhyrda mopeder och om dessa var tillbakalämnade och till vem i så fall. Kirana får underbetyg av oss (9 st). Vi kommer inte att åka dit igen och vi rekommenderar ingen annan att göra det heller. Bedömer inte att detta hotell är i närheten av att vara 4-stjärnigt.

Ett lite finare hotell, i ett lite mer party ställe i changgu. Nära till bra restauranger och till oldmans!

Hotellet ligger nära en surfvänlig strand. Serviceminded personal. Gymmet var trasigt och snålt inrett Poolområdet var litet litet och inbjöd inte till nåt " häng" då rummen på bottenplan hade utgång precis vid det lilla utrymmet runt poolen. Villan är bättre alternativ med rymliga rum och fräschare pool. Personalen var hjälpsamma då vårt badrum luktade illa ersatte de oss med ett rum i Villan. Stanna inte 6 nätter utan endast max 3 då området och hotellet blir trista och man behöver göra utflykter för att uppleva Bali på bästa sätt

Bästa hotellet!!
En fantastisk 2-veckors vistelse i Canggu. Vi stannade hela tiden på Kirana och gjorde utflykter därifrån och det var alldeles perfekt. Jag har rest mycket men aldrig bott bättre - rent, snyggt, vackert och trevligt. Otroligt hjälpsam personal som underlättar allt.

Dirty bathroom and rats!
The bathrooms are not cleaned properly and the rooms smell heavily of mold. First morning we could hear a rat walking around in the ceiling of the room. We switched rooms but the bathroom in the second room was still not cleaned properly. Big disappointment given the good reviews, I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Rats in the suite
We had booked seven nights at the Kirana but we could only stay one after one of the worst nights ever! We had upgraded to a suite and at first site it really wasnt worth it (dirty sofa and run down bathroom), but the real problem started just after our 6 month baby girl had gone to sleep: loud thuds and noises, scratching and running, in the walls and ceiling. We called the reception and asked if we could change rooms but all they did was put a big mouse trap in the ventilation and claim that they were fully booked. Only after we threathened to cancel the whole booking they said that they had another room we could change to! On top of that the treadmill in the gym was broken (one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel) and the beach was one of the dirtiest we have ever seen in our life. We do not recomend this hotel!

Ett mysigt hotell med bra service och snäll personal! Lite litet poolområde men fräscht, ligger nära seminyaki stranden som är en dålig strand med sten/korall botten så man måste bada med skor och sanden är skräpig och oskött!

Stillsamt och trevligt
Fräscht och fint hotell nära stranden. Trevlig personal med goda språkkunskaper. Området i sig bjuder inte på så stor mångfald i form av restauranger eller affärer men är bra för surfintresserade. OBS-stranden har inga livräddare och kan ha stora vågor och starka strömmar.

Fint hotell
Detta är ett kanonhotell för vänner som reser, det är ett jättelikt hotell med fräscha rum och fint poolområde. Skulle inte rekommendera familjsemester här då det är långt ifrån finare strandområden eller andra aktiviteter för barnen. Men för vänner och ungdomar som reser är det perfekt! Ett jättelikt hotell nära skurningen på Echo beach eller Batu bolong, dessutom är det inte långt med moppen till Seminyak. Kanonbra hotell!

Great Hotel in Canggu
This was a great hotel if you are looking ot stay in Canggu. The service was second to none and the rooms and general hotel area were great. The only negative was that the internet was very poor which made working tricky at times.

Property was great. Staff were lovely, attentive, and very easy to speak with. The room was of fairly good quality and the pool was great. Location is good if you want to stay in a tourist hotspot.

The location was very ideal (close to shops, the beach, food, etc.). The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying there for short-time and long time stays (we stayed for 7 nights). I highly recommend the Kirana.

Great hotel , in good location
Breakfast was okay , the room was good quality the clearing could have been better Super friendly staff and the location of the hotel. It was just absolutely perfect with walking distance to the beach shops restaurants, there’s tons of grab scooters if you don’t feel comfortable riding yourself Hotel was super helpful getting us a ride we end up using the same driver for a couple times, since he was so awesome

The staff was very friendly. The room was in terrible shape, but the bed was comfy and the ac worked. We stayed in the suit. The bedroom area is open to the living room. Most of the furniture was damaged (or missing as per the photos). The bathroom sinks somehow both leaked onto the floor and clogged. The towel rack fell off the wall. The bath tap was dangling from the wall. The floors were very damaged. The towels and sheets were not very clean (def not bleached, often had stains). Breakfast was tasty. The pool was a good temperature.

Location was great. Staff were generally helpful. We were staying on the first level by the pool and noticed the clearing of drinks and glasses were not frequent. We noticed uncleared tables outside of our room for up to 14 hours. from evening 7 pm right through to next morning when we left. Other than that, hotel is right opposite Milk and Madu which is great!

I stayed in the penthouse suite, the room appointments were quite frustrating, which is really due to the property being aged. I had a private plunge pool but it never got any so barely used it. I had to use the main pool to lay in the sun, and that pool is situated right in front of the restaurant and reception so you basically lay in your swimsuit directly in front of anyone eating. The bathroom or bedroom hasn’t got power points near the mirror so you can’t use your hair dryer - I had to go in the kitchen and use the tiny mirror behind the kettle. The light switches in the bedroom are by the bed but not close enough to switch off from the bed. The coffee cups in the kitchen were tiny, and no cutlery provided, considering the room comes with a full fridge freezer and dining table was annoying. The staff were great and the location was good but for the price was not worth it. Would not stay again

Das Hotel wirkt in einigen Ecken etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so gut gewartet bzw. instandgehalten. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal freundlich. Alles wichtige, sowie der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Var ret skuffede. Gammelt slidt værelse, meget kedelig morgenmad, fir lille område omkring pool. God beliggenhed er det bedste derfor at sige.

We loved our stay at the Kirana Hotel. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, spas and salons. Everyone is very welcoming and the spa services are amazing. We got a free 15 minute foot massage and added a 90 minute Balinese massage and a whole body scrub. The spa services are very affordable and is discounted if you stay at the hotel. The pool is also really nice and is open until 9pm! We loved our stay here and enjoyed the pool a lot after a long day at the beach.
