THE APARTMENT

The apartment is tastefully decorated with a bohemian touch for a “home-like” atmosphere, rather than “hotel-like”.

The living room, opening onto the balcony, has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, as well as a dining area that can accommodate 3 people.

The kitchen, featuring a vintage but modern style, has everything you will need.

The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed (160 cm).

Finally, a full bathroom with integrated WC completes the floor plan.

In short, this modern and comfortable apartment is the ideal spot, whether you are here for business or on vacation in Cannes, thanks to its prime location, its balcony and its side sea view.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps in your street, the Rue Macé, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within less than ten minutes:

- Savor some of the best pastries, cocktails or gourmet food Cannes has to offer along the Rue Hoche (2 minutes away). We recommend the restaurants “Le Cirque” or “La Cantina”, great for traditional cuisine, the “Café Hoche, famous for its exceptional cocktails and lively Saturday nights. The “San Telmo” for their genuine Italian pizzas, and, for some of the best teas and pastries, the “Volupté” tea-room is a must-try establishment!

- Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront (2 minutes away also).

- Reach the legendary Palais des Festivals (6 minutes to get there).

Metered street parking is available in the neighborhood around the apartment building.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
