- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but plenty of free parking is available nearby.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 pm.

A management fee of €507 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
