Herzlichen Dank für dieses super Kundenkommentar. Ich bin froh, dass euch alles so gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist tatsächlich 1A! Nur 1 Minute zum Strand und zur renommierten rue d'Antibes. Und die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und Licht durchflutet. Dazu gibt es auch noch einen Tiefgaragenplatz im gleichen Haus auf -2 und natürlich einen Aufzug. Also alles sehr komfortable. C’est le Caré d’Or de Cannes! Plein centre! 1 min à pied de la plage et de la rue d’Antibes. C’est animé. Il y a des bars et des restaurants ce qui fait le charme de ce quartier, Vous étiez venue pour le festival du Jeux. Pendant les évennements il y a plus de monde. Vous étiez très content d’avoir un parking sécurisé sur place. Chose rare dans le Caré d’Or. Vous étiez très content de l’emplacement et de l’apartement traversant et très lumineux avec 3 balcons et un ascenceur. De plus, nous venions seulement de le repeindre. I am very pleased to hear that you appreciated the very central location of this apartment. This is the most important point to all our guests. Especially the proximity to the sea front and the convention hall "Palais des Festivals". The apartment is as you have seen for yourself "extremely well equipped". We even have big reusable shopping bags for our clients as well as 5 umbrellas. The internet is strong and there are many international channels to watch on TV. You were the first guests to use our brand new reversible air conditioning system which is working superbly well. I do believe you were happy with my services. Please come back any time.

Dear Anna, it was lovely having you, your mum and your tiny little dog Elisabeth. The apartment was warm and welcoming and you so very much appreciated the location, the elevator and the secure parking place at -3. As your mother is already elderly, you were looking for a very well situated apartment in walking distance to everything and you repeatedly told me how perfect Le Nostalgique was for all of you and that you definitely wish to come back. It would be with pleasure.

"a home away from home". Zwei neue Haartrockner sind nun auch vorhanden. Sie haben die Wohnung auch dieses Mal in einem perfekten Zustand hinterlassen. Thanks Andrew for your nice review. Indeed, the apartment can not be more central. Only 1min walking distance to our famous rue d'Antibes and to the sea front. You have been a lovely family. It was really very nice meeting you. Please come back any time and stay more then just 3 days! Thee is sooo much to do and see.

Many thanks for your great feedback. I am glad you appreciated the very central location. Re the living room decor and furniture: Guess this is a matter of taste. You are used to Dubai's brand new and modern high rise buildings. But hey... "this is good old Europe"... We wanted to give the apartment a feeling of Nostalgia and Film Festival and opted for pictures and furniture reflecting this. Most our clients do appreciate since you are the very first who is commenting about the decor. But I will keep it in mind. Re the separate toilet: Well, many clients like the idea of having the toilet separate from the shower rooms... Before redecorating this apartment, there actually was only 1 bathroom. We changed the layout and created 2 en suite shower rooms instead which was greatly appreciated by clients. But because of the way the building was designed, we couldn't change the location of the separate toilet. That's the story. Re your arrival and departure times: Because of your 2 babies, the cleaning lady and I did the best we could to let you arrive 4hrs early and leave 6hrs later then the usual classical arrival and departure times which I believe you greatly appreciated.
