Beautifull but NON!
The Classic Hotel Martinez is newly renovated since may and is really besutiful. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. But... As usual when you book with Hotels they give you the least attractive room and/or view they have. The bellboys crashed our rental car. The TV and the phone was not working for 3 days even if I called for technichans twice a day. The compensation for this was... Wait for it..... Non!!!!!!!

Wir haben zehn Tage im Hotel verbracht und hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer. Da man für die gebuchte Zeit auch entsprechend viel Kleidung dabei hat, war der Kleiderschrank definitiv zu klein, es gab allerdings auch keine weiteren Aufhängmöglichkeiten wie Hacken, oder Schubladen im Schreibtisch und der Kommode im Badezimmer. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr schön, sehr zentral und direkt am Strand. Der Pool ist beheizt und das Fitnessstudio ist mit den allerneuesten Geräten ausgestattet. Bademantel, sowie Handtücher sind extra dick und weich, die Bettwäsche ebenfalls. Shampoo, Duschgel, Conditioner, Bodylotion reichlich vorhanden. Wer gerne frühstücken möchte sollte das bei der Buchung berücksichtigen, vor Ort wird es mit 42,- p.P. extra berechnet. Im Restaurant muss man keinen Dress Code einhalten, manche von den Hotelgästen haben sich mit unangemessener Kleidung dort aufgehalten. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und geben ihr bestes, die Zimmer werden unglaublich schnell gereinigt und alle Annehmlichkeiten werden aufgefüllt. Alles jammern auf hohen Niveau, wenn wir das allerdings mit gleichen Häusern bewerten sollten, gibt es Platz zur Verbesserung.

The only place to stay in town

This was one of my favorite hotels. I enjoyed the breakfast and evening tea in the restaurant, which was very comfortable and not pretentious. The rooms were light and airy. The only issue is the rug looks a bit dirty. Loved that it was across the street from the beach.

Un endroit de rêve où tout a été fait pour faire de notre séjour un vrai moment de bonheur. Beautiful hotel. Best to valet park the car and leave it. About 1 mile easy walking to Le Suquet…must visit for night out. Quai Lebouf is where the ferries leave. We did an all day catamaran trip snorkeling, swimming, etc. Uber works great and will pick you up within 4-5 minutes and get you most places for $11-15. Beach and pool has a great setup. Closest convenience, store open till 10 for snack, soft drinks toiletries, and forgotten things is two blocks away at Vival 18 Rue Ruoze Worth a visit in the car is the street Rue Saint -Saveur in the town Le Cannet, hilly, picturesque ..great restaurants up on the hill looking down on the bay. We stopped by on the way out of town on the road to A8… good parking at 31 Rue des Orangers… first hour is free… We weren’t able to get the stupid machine to work, but it didn’t matter nobody ticketed us
