The Boulevard Carnot is one of the main arteries of Cannes which allows to go in a few minutes as well in the city center, than to join the highway and to discover other emblematic places of the Côte d'Azur (Mougins, Grasse hinterland, Nice, Monaco, etc.). This boulevard is also characterized by its architectural richness.

It is ideal for delegates (15 minutes by walk from the Palais des Festivals), as well as for tourists (15 minutes walk from the beaches).

This studio can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people :
- Surface : 25m² + terrace of 8m²
- Living room : flat screen TV + comfortable sofa bed (140X200)
- Kitchen : fridge + kettle + toaster + microwave + Nespresso machine
- Bathroom : shower + WC
- Amenities : free high speed wifi + iron and ironing board + hairdryer + air conditioning
- Various : quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton) + small cleaning equipment

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.

Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.

We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :
- Early check-ins
- Airport transfers
- Welcoming in person on site

The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.

It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.

The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.

We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.

If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.

- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
