Ideally located in a 14 min walk or a 7 min bus ride from the Plage du Midi and a 15 min bus ride to the centre, the Palais du Festival and the Vieux-Cannes (20 min), you will be able to profit of several restaurants, bars, beaches and of course all the local shops in the residence and around the flat.
