  • Beautiful one-bedroom apartment ideally located just behind the iconic Hôtel Martinez, only a few meters from the Croisette.
    Nestled in a peaceful environment while being in close proximity to shops, supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, and cafés, it offers the perfect base for your stay in Cannes. Its ideal location strikes a balance between tranquility and the vibrant atmosphere of Cannes, just a short walk from the famous Palais des Festivals, the Suquet, and the train station.
    In short, whether you are traveling with family or for business, this bright apartment is the perfect choice!
    You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

    You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.

    Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
    After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
    Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
    In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
    For self-check-in, a key box is available.

    • Pets are not allowed.
    • Parties and events are not permitted.
    • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

    A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

    We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

First of all… in description information that “We would like to welcome you personally to your accommodation”. But in WhatsApp I got an information “ Our office closes at 5:00 p.m., so we’ll need to leave the keys for you in a key box”… I had to go with the suitcase from the station in the heat and still pick up this key. The apartment is not fresh, a lot of dust. There is hair and dirt in the drains of the washbasins, it is surprising that there are no plugs so that at least the client does not see it. There is dirt on the exhaust meshes. I shot a video and sent it for the agency to chat. But they didn't even respond. In general, very poor chat communication and inattention to the guest. If they send me reaction about video about cleaning of apartment, now I didn’t leave this review…
