The house was completely renovated with high quality materials.

An architect and an interior decorator have worked on keeping the old looking charm while adding trendy furniture and a contemporary decoration for a very harmonious touch and feel.

⛳ Golf is available inland on a number of courses including the Mougins Golf and Country Club.Tennis is also available at a number of nearby clubs.

We really loved Maison Marina. We spent most evenings out on the veranda : it's the best spot in the old town for people watching. Although we ate out a few times (there is a huge selection of excellent restaurants), we also enjoyed eating our meals on the veranda. The quality of the accommodation is excellent. Very comfortable. Fast wifi. Netflix and Prime on the TV. Aircon throughout the property is excellent. Great kitchen. It's less than 5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the bakery, about 10 mins walk to the supermarket. We didn't bother hiring a car, using the train for all our days out (of which there is a myriad of choices: Nice, Menton, Cannes, Dramont, Eze, Villefranche, St Marguerite, Monaco, Bay of Billionaires, Mont Boron, Cap Ferat, Grasse ). Communication with the property owner, and then his manager was superb. A very friendly, easy rental. Highly recommended.

This Antibes property is a real gem. It is located on the ramparts of the old town with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is spacious, elegant, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook from scratch or reheat delicacies from the nearby Provencal Market or the many shops and boulangeries just steps away. We ate at home 8 of our 10 nights in the apartment, eating each night on the beautiful patio/balcony. It truly is an indoor, outdoor living space. We have been to Antibes many times before, but with this apartment we have found a new favorite home away from home. Merci beaucoup, Henri.

Really enjoyed our vacation in Antibes. This property is exactly as described and pictured and the property manager is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is well designed and the views from the living room were spectacular. We enjoyed the easy five minute walk to the Marche Provincal and Boulangerie every morning for breakfast items. We walked to the train station every day, a 15-20 minute walk, to take the regional trains to visit Cannes, Nice, Eze, and Monte Carlo. In the evenings we walked to the many good local restaurants. There’s also a grocery store within the old town area.

My husband, adult daughter and I loved our stay in Maison Baeita. The apartment was beautiful, with chic furniture, comfortable beds, a well-equipped and modern kitchen and amazing views of the Med sea from the living room and terrace. The property is just steps away from the Marche Provencal, where we bought vegetables and seafood for our dinners. Henri was a terrific and attentive host. We could not have been happier. The views from Maison Marina are stunning. The sea is literally just across the narrow road and, because of the layout of the property, can be seen from three sides of the living room and from each of the two bedrooms. The colour of the sea is a stunning turquoise and is animated by the huge waves which attract kite boarders around the bay. The house is nicely decorated, very well equipped and furnished with everything you need during your stay. Henri, was the perfect host - greeting us on arrival and assisting with our departure, in addition to responding promptly to any questions we had during our stay. The location is right on the sea edge of the old town of Antibes - you can walk to restaurants within a minute. The daily market is behind the house a couple of minutes walk away. Antibes has plentiful restaurants to choose from. The Picasso museum is right there on the coast line, minutes from the house. We walked to Juan les Pins for lunch one day (not as pretty as Antibes) and took a one hour train ride into Monaco. There is plenty to do and this is a perfect Cotes d’Azur location. Loved it!!

Great location directly on the ramparts of Antibes. The view was magical and never got old. Just a few minutes walk from about anything. Property is nicely updated with modern finishes while still keeping the old world charm. If you are traveling from the US, you may want to bring washcloths as the property does not have them. And beach towels as there was only one at the home. Great property and would most definitely stay again.

It was our 3rd trip to Antibes and by far the best - the apartment is really beautiful and clean, big enough for our family (2 adults and 2 children) with amazing view over the sea and a beautiful terrace to have a breakfast. The communication with the owner (Henri) and manager (Ivan) was helpful and pleasant. The only small challenge is to bring the baggage in and out at check-in and check-out (no parking possibility even for several minutes in front of the apartment). We can recommend this place without any doubts 🙂

We intended to stay 7 nights but ended extending 3 more nights because the situation was so nice. The flat is perfectly located in the old Antibes town with an incredible view on the bay. Thanks to the flat location we discovered the old town by foot and had great walks along the shore. Our house manager, Ivan, was very helpful and available on demand with our requests. I strongly recommend this flat. We will be returning !

Excellents contacts avec Henri le propriĂ©taire et Ivan le majordome trĂšs disponibles et trĂšs rĂ©actifs , avant et pendant notre sĂ©jour. Un trĂšs grand merci Ă  tous les 2. Le bien louĂ© correspondait Ă  tous points aux photos prĂ©sentĂ©es sur le site et qui nous avait fait opter pour cette maison. Maison idĂ©ale pour 3 ou 4 personnes, de beaux espaces, trĂšs belle dĂ©coration faite avec goĂ»t . Nous avions tout le confort voulu et le nĂ©cessaire pour ĂȘtre confortablement installĂ©s ( machine Ă  laver avec doses de lessive, sĂšche linge, lave vaisselle, les lits faits, des draps de plage, les serviettes de toilette... comme Ă  l’hĂŽtel ! Sans les contraintes. Et une vue magnifique sur le Cap d’Antibes et sur les yachts qui mouillent devant nos fenĂȘtres...(nous avions pendant 3 jours le yacht de l’ancien Ă©mir du Qatar avec l’hĂ©licoptĂšre qui venait dĂ©poser les hĂŽtes dessus.) Le fait d’avoir la possibilitĂ© d’avoir une place de parking au port Vauban a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©terminant dans notre choix de cette location car se garer Ă  Antibes en plein mois d’aoĂ»t est une vraie galĂšre . Nous gardons prĂ©cieusement cette adresse car nous comptons bien y retourner. C’est la premiĂšre fois que je rĂ©servais avec Abritel et j’avoue que j’étais inquiĂšte jusqu’à la remise des clĂ©s car nous avions entendu fin Juillet que la plateforme ne payait pas les propriĂ©taires de biens locatifs rapidement et que ces derniers menaçaient de garder les clĂ©s... Nous n’avons eu aucun problĂšme sauf le contrat de location rĂ©digĂ© en anglais que nous n’avons pas voulu signer car contraire Ă  la loi française . Quand il y a crise sanitaire et que les Ă©trangers ne sont pas lĂ , Abritel trouve des clients français donc merci de leur transmettre des contrats dans leur langue.

We spent a week in this incredible house with an amazing water view of Antibes Old Town. We cannot say enough about this place, ideal location, close to all amenities, grocery stores, restaurants, tourist attractions (i.e Fort Carre, picasso museum, Cap Antibe litoral sentier). Also a short train ride (Uber available if you wish) to Cannes and saint-jean cap ferrat and lots of quaint little shops etc...The scenery was breathtaking, beautiful sunrises on the water and friendly community made this place extra special. We will miss Old Antibes and cannot wait to return someday highly recommend this property.

the Apartment has a perfect location, with amazing sea views, but also within 2 minutes walking distance from old Antibes. The apartment has been recently renovated and is nicely decorated. The property is located right above the street along the sea wall. I was a little concerned it would be noisy. But most of the restaurants and bars are away from the water, so it was pretty quiet at night. We had an unimpeded view of the water, the boats anchored there, and a glorious sunrise each day. The place was cleaned spotlessly. The bedrooms were comfortable and all of the mechanics (A/C, plumbing, etc.) worked well. There was ample linen, including beach towels. The kitchen was very well equipped to take advantage of the open-air fresh food market just a few steps away. We were also walking distance from many restaurants, museums, and shops. It was the perfect place to stay on our first trip to Antibes. I would definitely choose it again.

We couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience in Antibes... the property is very well equipped with everything you need. Immaculate and perfectly maintained, easy access to restaurants & shops. Situated in a lovey residential area next to the sea, extremely quiet & peaceful. We fell in love with the property, town & residents, definitely coming back....Thank you for all the wonderful memories💙

Our group of 4 are in love with this property. Beautiful interior, great kitchen, great bathrooms, fantastic views, good location. The proximity to beaches and old town was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay in Antibes.

An exceptional property in best location in Antibes. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Antibes. Looking at the Mediterranean out or the main windows every day is like watching live art. Apartment is spectacular

Heel mooi huis, met goede smaak ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer goed gelegen met fantastisch uitzicht. Terras aan de kleine kant. Parkeren in de straat is bijna onmogelijk; het beste is de auto in parking aan de haven te zetten. Communicatie met aanspreekpersoon liep niet helemaal soepel.
