Maison Pantai is our family second home, a refined and authentic sea view retreat located in the heart of Antibes Old Town, on rue de la Tourraque.

This beautiful 1500 sqft (140 sqm) three-bedroom private house, spread over three levels, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Fully renovated, it combines historic character with contemporary comfort, offering generous volumes, privacy and an exceptional indoor–outdoor lifestyle in the Vieil Antibes.

Maison Pantai has been carefully renovated using high-quality materials, with particular attention paid to light, space and comfort.

The interiors blend clean architectural lines with warm Mediterranean tones, creating a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. The layout across three levels naturally offers both shared living spaces and privacy, making the house especially well suited for families or friends traveling together.

The house features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, designed to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

High-quality bedding, hotel-standard linens and well-appointed bathrooms provide a seamless, hotel-level experience throughout your stay.

Please note that the en-suite bathroom of the smallest bedroom does not include a toilet. A separate WC is available within the house.

Equipped with a table football, this space is ideal for relaxed moments with family or friends.
Please note that the sofa in the game room is not intended for sleeping.

There are no shared spaces, and the property is not occupied by the owner or other guests during your stay.

Guests & Visitors
Only guests listed on the reservation are authorized to enter the property at any time, for insurance, safety and regulatory reasons.
No additional visitors are permitted, even temporarily.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only, with doors closed.

Pets
To maintain a consistently high standard of comfort, pets are not allowed.

Quiet Enjoyment
The property is not suitable for parties or events.
Guests are kindly asked to respect absolute quiet between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This home is best suited to guests seeking a peaceful and respectful stay.

Arrivals before 8:00 PM are welcomed in person by our on-site manager.
After 8:00 PM, a secure self check-in option is available via a key box located approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the property.
For security purposes, electronic identity verification is required when collecting the keys, including photo and video verification.
