This apartment is well located in a very secured and well decorated brand new building in the Oxford district of Cannes. Close to all amenities, this apartment is well located and has access to a pool opened from May to September. This pool is located on the roof of the building and have a nice view !

This apartment is designed as followed:

- Living room with a convertible couch (140x200cm), dining room table, coffee table, access to the terrasse, great view on the park
- Fully equipped opened kitchen (laundry machine, dishwasher, stoves, pots and pans, ustensiles, juicer, toaster, blinder, etc.)
- Bedroom with a 160X200CM bed and a wardrobe. It also has an access to the terrasse.
- Spacious outside area (14m2) where you can enjoy a family dinner, looking over the residence's yard.
- Bathroom with a shower, basin, mirror
- Independent toilets

The apartment has a private parking spot (secured and closed) in the basement of the building.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

We are an agency specialised into short term rentals and are available during business hours (9:30 AM to 7 PM) everyday to assist you. We can text, WhatsApp, call, and come over to ensure the quality of your stay if needed.

## Notes

Linens and shower towels are included in the reservation. This is one kit of bed linen per bed upon arrival depending on the number of guests.
One shower towel is also given per person upon arrival.

Pool towels are not included in the reservation.

The pool is opened from May to September every year.
May and September : 10 am - 8 pm
June, July and August : 10 am - 9 pm

Cleaning is included in the reservation. Upon check outs, guests need to make their dishes and evacuate the trashes.

Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.



No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
No beach towels included.
