GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 5 minutes by car, 9 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

There is free street parking in the neighborhood around the apartment building.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Ideally situated at one end of the Avenue de Madrid, this apartment location offers quick walking access to all the shopping options for your daily needs (bakery, tobacconist, small grocery store, etc…), while being sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the downtown crowd and traffic.

From your home, you can still access the center of town with all its popular restaurants, cafes and shops in less than ten minutes on foot.

The Palais des Festivals will be accessible within less than fifteen minutes and the historic Suquet district in less than twenty.

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus public parking 4 minutes away on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
