The beach is about 700 meters away. You can reach the old town after approximately 2 kilometers and the Palais des Festivals after about 3 kilometers. A bus stop is around 400 meters away.



The apartment is 35 sqm and features a 10 sqm terrace. It includes a living/dining room with kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, smart TV, fridge-freezer with 0-degree zone, sofa bed), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a bedroom, and a children's room with bunk bed. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.



An underground parking space (clearance height 1.90 m) is also available.
