Prisvärd övernattning
Mycket prisvärt enkelt hotell ovanpå en livsmedelaffär i liten ort utan annan service. Bra att enkel frukost med kaffe/te och rostmackor med smör och marmelad erbjöds trots att det inte står att det ingår. Restaurant finns i närliggande ort.

Bra service av personalen, billigt, bra butik i förbindelse med hotellet, 15 min från Bryce Canyon.

The hotel was closed, there was a sign on the door directing us to a hotel further away. The check in at the new hotel was confused and lengthy but the was friendly.

We had a booking & because of a water leak sent us to Red Ledge…. No breakfast & run down hotel. Wasn’t expecting any of this. Only thing good to come out of this Hotel was a nice pool & hot tub that was hit but jets didn’t work that well.

This property was CLOSED. Broken furniture laying in the parking lot and obviously had been closed for a while. I hope to goodness you did not charge my card for this. I spoke to someone from Expedia the day we arrived to check in but were disconnected!!

Thanks for your response, we had a water line break and flood are whole property, we messaged all guest about this and re booked them at the neighboring property instead of canceling the rooms and leaving guest without a place to stay. We are currently in the remodel stage and will be open again soon:)

Unfortunately the Grand Staircase Inn had a water damage, so the accomodation could not be used. We appreciated that an alternative has been provided.

Grand Staircase was closed!!!! There was a handwritten note on the office door that reservations had been moved to Red Ledges hotel in Tropic UT but no directions!!!! We had no cell service, no Internet, and no way to ask anyone anything. Luckily as we drove toward Bryce Canyon, we found it. This hotel should be removed!!!

Hello we are sorry for the bad experience, we messaged all guest via email about a water break we had that flooded are place , we upgraded and paid for all guests that we couldnt accommodate because of this ,we are currently under remodel and should be operational again shortly , we hope to see you again soon:)

After confirmation of the booking and reminders from Expedia, we arrived at the Grand Staircase Inn to find it closed no one around. We drove back toward The Red Ledge Lodge and were surprised to find an envelope taped to the office door with our name on it containing a key card for a room there. Expedia needs to update their system to show this lodging as unavailable.

Uhhh…. This property is literally abandoned… we showed up and there were mattresses and furniture out front. Walked to front desk area and there was a hand written sign telling us our reservation had been moved to an inn in the town over. Lol, what an experience.

Motel was closed
The Grand Staircase Inn was closed. There was a sloppy hand-written note taped to the office door directing customers to a different motel four miles away. Clerk at other motel said there were maintenance issues at the Grand Staircase and that both motels were owned by same person. Wifi at substitute motel did not work.

The property we were going to stay at was not open. There was a piece of paper with a handwritten note saying if you had a reservation here you needed to go back to the previous town to check in to another hotel. No email, no phone call letting is know. Went to check in at the othr place and they downsized us from two kings to two quen beds and the toilet had a leak we let them know about but was never fixed. Don’t expect much for the continental breakfast.

Nice folks running the place. Only grocery in town is in the hotel. We liked the size of our room but they should get rid of the dirty lounge chair and replace it with a table and chairs. They seemed to be geared toward backpackers and made rags available for hikers to clean their equipment. We did not use that amenity, but it was thoughtful. There was a spooky hole above the shower. This needs to be repaired immediately.

I enjoyed staying here at this Inn. The room was pretty big, probably could've fit a couple rollaway beds and crib. We like it here.

The room was very clean and very spacious. Nothing fancy and a bit outdated but comfortable. Close to parks and restaurants (5 miles). Decent continental breakfast. The atetndant, L was very nice and helpful.

The room was fine but had to climb a lot of steps. It took about 20 minutes to get checked in because desk clerk took a lot of time figuring out another couples reservation. No ice.
