Our Host was extremely helpful with everything we needed. He went out of his way to help us. We would recommend staying at any of his properties.

Home older

Home older and pictures better than actual dark interior. Good rate. Windows don’t open. Window air conditioning helped mask road noise. Very nice owner.

RG Property

Very disappointed with the property based on the picture and description. Expected better. The bathroom and the bedroom were so small you could not move. The furniture was horrible, I had to sit on the floor. No tables in the so called TV room. Lighting was horrible, both in limiting the brightness and the location of the fixtures and switches. The cost of the Service Fees was ridiculous. If this property meets Vrbo minimum standards, I will probably never use Vrbo again.

4/10 Dåligt

We came down to Cañon City for a birthday celebration and booked this property for our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. My boyfriend and I actually ended up leaving early because we did not feel comfortable staying for our second night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering, my white socks turned black simply from walking around the house. The kitchen counters had a noticeable layer of dust, and there was still food residue behind the kitchen sink faucet. Everything throughout the property felt grimy and unclean. I would have wiped things down myself for peace of mind, but there were no paper towels available. There was a vacuum available in the property, but it also had a layer of dust on it and appeared not to have been emptied in quite some time, which further added to the impression that cleaning and upkeep had been neglected. The property also had window air conditioning units, which would not have been an issue on their own, but the street noise was very loud and there were ants crawling into the room. In addition, the Wi-Fi was not working and there was no password provided, so we were unable to use the TV before bed. I did text the owner regarding the Wi-Fi information and received a prompt response, which I appreciated. Another major concern came when we looked for an extra blanket for the bed (there weren’t any available). Inside one of the dressers we found mouse droppings.

Very quaint

Great for a couple. Bedroom furniture is gorgeous, too big for the room, but lovely. Living room spacious but lacking in furniture other than that inside was great. Outside is a piece of a yard made of ant infested rocks, as long as thet stay outside and you're not looking to barbecue, it's not an issue. Otherwise a very nice getaway

Close to everything

Property was immaculate when we arrived. Check in and out was super easy. Walking distance to main street which had lots of dining and shopping options. All the excursions and mountains were less than 25 minutes away. House was stocked with everything needed. Ray was friendly and available. Lots of street parking available. Highly recommend. Hope to be back again!
