“Location was nice. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.”

“Bra och rent hotell med alla förnödenheter. Lite långt borta från Pittsburgh city.”

“Brand new hotell on the main street of Mt Lebanon - train station basically in the basesment. We arrived 4 days of the hotell open its doors for the first time - very friendly staff”

“Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast...BUT ; the internet was abysmally slow (for the front desk also), the advertised restaurant was closed and the location made it such that it was difficult to easily find an alternative in the dark.”

“My bathroom was filthy beyond belief. Hair in and on the shower walls, makeup left on the sink and and unswept floor. I expected better.”

“Rent och fint hotell med trevlig personal som hämtar upp en på flygplatsen! ”

“Didn’t like: floors were dirty , bedding not great, bath towel and hand towels had fairly large holes in them, kitchen had few dishes , 1 spoon, 1 small plate , 3 large plates and 2 bowls. Location was good”

“Front desk clerk was personable and efficient. The airport shuttle was on time and reliable.”

“• Upon arriving, I did not feel welcome, I would have appreciated a more friendly reception. • The entrance is difficult, especially when carrying bags- the entry pad where you scan the room card to enter is too far from the door- it would time out & relock before I could get to the door. • My room was not clean- there was a sticky substance in the kitchen and garbage on the floor.”

“Bra hotell, eget kök på rummen. Stor parkering. Gratis shuttle till flygplatsen. Trevlig personal”
