“This is our third stay here. Parking is possible on the street without having to pay, but sometimes impossible. The parking is $36 a day, so figure that into the equation. The room are nice and pretty well maintained. Room doors can be tricky and sometimes they have to be open by the staff. The staff are helpful and very nice.”

“The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!”

“The room was excellent. Very convenient to the inner harbor. The only thing I would suggest is the availability of coffee 24/7 or at least early morning until the restaurants open. I was there for a race and wasn’t able to wait for 6:30 for coffee. I would have love it at 5am.”

“I always love a Marriott. I feel like I am a loyal customer. This Marriott Courtyard in Baltimore was in a very good location right in the middle of downtown. The people there that works were very nice. The hotel room was very clean and well kept. Parking right next-door was ideal. “They don't offer everyday room service unless requested, and the shower is having problem even they sent someone to fix it.”

“Very dirty suite room, hair in shower, cracked sink in bathroom, broken molding in bathroom, broken toilet seat. Very poor service at front desk. This hotel is very out-dated and needs a major renovation, would never recommend this hotel. ”

When I for into the room it was the wrong one I selected instead of a one bedroom the stuck me into a studio .
