Canyon Lake condo, a short drive to New Braunfels, boat & trailer parking

Updated and comfy downstairs condo on the north side of Canyon Lake! Fun lake theme decor, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including keurig. Two bedrooms and two full baths, master bedroom has a king bed and blackout curtains, charging stations on side tables. The 2nd bdrm has a queen bed, side tables have charging stations on them. Both bedrooms and living room have Smart Roku TV's. Living room open to dining area and kitchen, fireplace with electric faux wood logs. The sofa has a pull out section that makes into a bed. Washer/dryer in master bathroom. Relax and enjoy the view of Canyon lake from large back patio, you can expect deer to greet you in the morning and evening. Very quite area near the lake. *Please note that the lake is still low due to drought, normally there is a lake view from the back patio. But even with the recent rains you can not see the lake from the patio.

Swimming pool is only for residents and guests staying at the condo.

There is also a coin operated laundromat on the property with several washers/dryers, BBQ grills and picnic tables, boat/trailer parking. The pool is just steps outside the front door, for guests and residents only.

Convenient location, less than 5 minutes to grocery store, restaurants and the lake swimming area and marina is about 5 minutes. Whitewater Amphitheater and the Horseshoe for floating is about a 10 minute drive, 25 minutes to Gruene & New Braunfels, 45 minutes to San Antonio and 1 hour to Austin. Linens and towels provided. Starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper included.

Nice place

We had a great stay! The property was extremely clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The host was fantastic—very communicative and provided lots of helpful information about the surrounding area. While the immediate neighborhood has more of a rustic feel with nearby trailers, the home itself felt safe and peaceful. Just a small note: the lake view isn’t as visible when water levels are low—but overall, it was a lovely and comfortable getaway. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the condo, it’s lovely and clean. It’s close to the lake. We enjoyed the wildlife, deer, foxes and cicadas when we sat out on the patio in the evening. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo. Highly recommend.

We came into town to see our daughter who is at UT and wanted to be able to have a nice dinner. This place was perfect. Had a lovely stay in this beautiful condo. We saw many deer and fox in a beautiful environment. Definitely recommend.

Spring break getaway

We took our grandkids on a short trip during spring break. The condo worked well for us and the kids enjoyed seeing the deer and hiking nearby. Condo is well stocked with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Owner was great with communication and answering questions.

Canyon Lake Visit

Condo was clean and well equipped.Downside of condo was clearly hearing talking and tv through out each night until early morning from adjacent condo units - hard to sleep through.

Wonderful!

This condo is a wonderful place to get away and enjoy the Canyon Lake area! We stayed here for a wedding with my 9 month old and 3 year old , and Kay made the process so easy. She was a great communicator and was even available to help me the day of check in when my GPS was failing me. The condo is totally updated, and we really enjoyed having a washer/dryer, soft/slow close kitchen and bathroom drawers, K cups provided, smart tv that you can screen share from YouTube, tons of towels, great range of cookware, dishwasher, even a provided hair dryer, and access to the pool. This is a fabulous place to stay!

Relaxing and Wonderful Time

We truly Enjoyed our trip to Canyon Lake. This property has been recently remodeled with a Beach themed decor. (Very Cute) Everything we needed besides food and ice. We loved being able to walk out the patio door to feed the deer. Also the pool was relaxing, it is more for a nice swim, no toys or floats allowed in pool. We Hope to visit this area again! I would recommend staying here!! Perfect for the three of us. (✿ ♡‿♡)

Highly recommend, great place

Nice and updated condo. I was traveling with my 72yr old mother and having a walk in shower with a built in shower seat was a big help. We did have one small issue in the condo. The owner provides her phone number and quickly responded and had someone out quickly to get it fixed. This complex is nice and quiet and we both were able to relax and sleep well. The home was well appointed and we would absolutely stay again.

Very nice property

The property was in very good condition & comfortable. Somehow the directions for finding it weren't clear as we arrived at a different condo & tried the code on someone else's door. The other couple joining us arrived at the same wrong property later following the same directions that we had, but thankfully, didn't try to enter! Some confusion but it was overcome with the help of the owner who responded quickly to our pleas for help! We were there 2 nights for a wedding at The Preserve at Canyon Lake & the location was great!

Great location for a short get-away

We stayed here for a quick weekend get away and had a great time. The condo was clean and well decorated with enough space for our family of 4. We had only a 5 minute drive to a public beach area and Canyon Lake Marina. The grocery store, several restaurants and coffee shops were also very close by. The condo itself has a view of an RV park directly across the street. However, the owners have cleverly positioned some patio furniture outside to take advantage of a small view of the lake further down the street. We were able to enjoy sunset from there and even had some deer family come by for a visit. The condo had most basic things you'd need to do a bit of cooking but did not have coffee for the Kurig which was a little disappointing. The bedrooms were a good size and had new furnishings. The mattresses were extra firm (which was not our preference) but of good quality. Bathrooms had some extra amenities which were thoughtful (first aid kits, sunscreen and aloe) and the washer dryer combo in unit was useful for drying wet suits and towels.

Perfect spot

I think this is probably one of the best places you can stay at when vacationing in Canyon Lake. It is close to everything, yet far enough off the road where it is peaceful. The house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. I love that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The only "negative" about this place is that the beds are a tad firm. It is a very quiet neighborhood with surprisingly not that much traffic. The pool was nice and relaxing too. Our favorite part though - the DEER. It was amazing to sit out on the patio and deer watch. We fed them some fruits and vegetables and a few ate directly from our hand. This place is well worth the visit! The boat/trailer parking is quite far and not visible from the condo. We bought a boat lock and checked on our boat multiple times. But, I think it is probably a fairly safe spot. The lake itself was rough due to all of the boats and it is rocky with broken glass. My husband cut two of his toes, leg and hand. I would advise to wear water shoes. Also be aware of how many cops and game wardens are at the lake/boat ramps, LOL. We are not drinkers or crazy people, but they are definitely out there stopping you and asking questions. If you like nature though, this place is great. Wimberley is not that far and a cute little town. We visited Jacob's Well in Wimberley - although the water levels are low and you are not able to swim at the moment. Check their website for updates. Overall we had a nice time.
