Eden Oaks Retreat is beautifully curated to achieve a homey, yet modern feel for guests to relax and live in luxury! Spread between two buildings, the Bunk House and the Glass House, guests can choose their own adventure! In the Glass House, guests can find the perfect hang-out spot. From the moment you walk in, the concrete floors and industrial style of this space appeals to the eye. But what’s really stunning about this house is the glass walls that run from wall to wall, soaking up all that beautiful Canyon Lake sun! This open concept house is a chill spot for playing pool or watching the game on the large flatscreen TV! The kitchen in this space is ideal for large groups, featuring a full sized refrigerator, cooktop gas stove, and dishwasher. Complete with stunning stainless steel finishes and gorgeous countertops, this space is sure to wow a crowd! On the other side of the kitchen is a built-in wet bar complete with wine refrigerators, so you can serve up delicious cocktails and relax by the pool at all hours! Just off the kitchen is a large dining table complete with bench seating so you can share a meal with the people you love! Thanks to the stunning glass windows and doors in the Glass House, guests can easily take their meal outside to eat at one of the many outdoor patios featured on this property! Complete with an outdoor fireplace, comfortable couches, and a propane grill, the covered outdoor patio is the ideal late-night hang out space. Additional covered seating overlooks the pool, so guests can relax in the cool shade and watch the kids splash around in the sun! Or maybe you’d rather enjoy a cup of coffee at the breakfast table, which overlooks the pool! Guests can curl up in the cozy living area and watch a movie on the large flatscreen television. Located off the living area is the Love Room, complete with a queen bed and an adorable accent wall that adds texture to this room! Not only does this room fill with stunning natural light, but it also contains a full, private and accessible bathroom with an adorable barn-style door! Complete with a beautiful double vanity, spacious walk-in shower, and built-in storage, this room is perfect for you and your Love! Located off the other side of the living room is the Dog Room. This room is fit for dog lovers with dog decor throughout the space! This room is complete with a full-sized bed, large windows, and a private, full bathroom as well! Complete with modern finishes, a gorgeous vanity and spacious walk-in shower, this bathroom has everything you need! Heading to the other side of the first floor, guests will find the Texas Room. This spacious suite contains a queen bed and a private, full bathroom. There is also a comfortable seating area for guests to catch up on the morning news on the large flatscreen television, or read their favorite book late at night! The full bathroom contains a double vanity with cosmetic lights built into the mirrors and a spacious, accessible walk-in shower with a fun pop of color! Guests can wander out to the screened-in porch where they can challenge a friend to a fun game of ping pong! Or perhaps you’d just enjoy a relaxing, bug free evening on the cozy outdoor swing! Just outside of the screened-in area is an additional seating area complete with couches and a swing that takes in the beautiful Hill Country views! On the second floor you can find an expansive terrace with 180 degree views of the wooded rolling hills! Heading inside, guests will find the Bunk Room, complete with, you guessed it, two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, making it the perfect kids room! Just outside the Bunk Room is a full bathroom, complete with a gorgeous shower/bathtub combo! Just down the hall is a fitness room that contains a clever, queen Murphy bed for additional sleeping space! The fitness room is complete with an exercise bike, rowing machine, and a bench with dumbbells, just enough to get a little exercise in on your vacation! Wash off and get ready to start your day in the full bathroom located just next to the fitness room, complete with a vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in bench! Each room is complete with comfortable linens to ensure comfortable sleep for all guests! This home also features a full-sized washer and dryer for guests’ convenience.

If the seven designated outdoor seating areas of Eden Oaks haven’t sold you already, the outdoor space continues to impress! Play a family game of bocce ball or pickleball and then cool off in the pool! The pool courtyard also features umbrella-covered seating areas to bask in the beautiful Hill Country weather and relax. Guests can also challenge each other to a game of pick-up basketball at the separate basketball court! At night, kids can roast marshmallows around the firepit and stargaze while they make memories that will last a lifetime!
