Welcome to your private Canyon Lake retreat! This cozy two-story guesthouse comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

The downstairs features a private bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, comfortable living area with full-size futon, TV and WiFi.

Upstairs, the open loft offers a second queen bed, TV and its own private full bathroom — giving the home 2 full bathrooms total.

Step outside to your private deck and patio with outdoor seating, propane BBQ grill and relaxing hot tub with built-in jets.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and everyday essentials. Please note there is no dishwasher.

Plenty of parking is available, with boat or trailer parking *upon request.

- Please note that the stairs leading to the loft are somewhat steep. Guests should use caution

- For everyone’s comfort and safety, only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties, and no smoking allowed. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the reservation.

- An exterior security camera faces the guesthouse entrance and part of the driveway and records video/audio. There are no cameras inside the guesthouse.

- We live in the front house and have a small dog who stays indoors but may occasionally be seen or heard while outside with us. One friendly indoor cat. If you see them, please do not feed them.

- This is Hill Country living, so you may encounter native wildlife, including deer, armadillos, squirrels, snakes, spiders and scorpions. Please do not leave any food or trash outside.

- There is no walk-in lake access. A partial lake view may be visible, although water levels can vary significantly during drought conditions.

- We’re happy to welcome your furry family member!
- A maximum of ONE pet under 60 lbs is allowed per reservation.
- Please keep pets off beds, couches, and other furniture. Please do not leave them unattended inside or outside the property.
