"The service at the hotel was fantastic—we would rate it 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome. The service was excellent in every way. We loved the breakfast buffet, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The view from Sana was beautiful, and the spa also offered a lovely view. The only reason we gave 8/10 stars instead of 10 is that the spa was quite cold—we would have preferred it warmer. The room was also a bit chilly, and there were not enough pillows."
