The Space:

This spacious beachside condo is ideal for families, couples, or a group of friends. Well-lit with natural light and decorated in a modern style, this updated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts a convenient open floor plan with all new furnishings. You'll have everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep and storage to unpack. The modern bathroom has a shower and plenty of plush towels. Whip up your own gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Relax in the comfortable living room - complete with a cozy couch, inviting decor, and a flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking.

This condo situated 100 steps from the Space Coast beaches, provides an excellent opportunity to have a memorable beach vacation. Take a short walk to the beach and catch a sunrise or rocket launch. Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

The property is not well maintained, loose railings poor repairs, paint spilled long walkways just overall exterior upkeep could be a lot better with little extra attention. The interior of the unit looks updated but stains on the sofa, Kitchen cabinet door, falling off, the stove top does not work correctly. One burner runs full blast one burner does not work. The other two were OK,big hole in the one bedroom wall, AC, not working on first night, roaches, Baseboards, falling in the kitchen, poor kitchen lighting. Some minor tweaks and attention to detail would turn this around. Why are there no dressers to put clothes? One great highlight was the AC technician that came to repair the unit. He was fantastic I don’t remember his name.It is a great location and we made it work for the three weeks we were there. r his name.

Great Location!

The location is fantastic, it was decorated so nicely, the property has so much potential but needs some TLC. The furniture needs cleaning and window screens. For a 4 day stay it worked well for us.

Humble Abode

My family and I stayed at this property for an upcoming cruise that we did not unfortunately get to go on due to a fire. However, this place was very cute and quaint. But I will say we were kind Of surprised when we arrived due to the exterior of the building, it needs some work to be More presentable in my opinion. So do not be alarmed by the outside appearance because the room itself was very nice. The kitchen area was nice and updated which we didn’t really use due to only staying a day. Nice flooring and furniture l. The futon in the living area space may need a deeper cleaning. The bathroom is a little tight and may need a few upgrades in the window by the tub. The biggest complaint I would say is if noise bothers you, this room was kind of loud because of the AC Unit. The pin pad to the door was easy to use and the property is steps away from the beach. The Property Managers were superb with communication. I most definitely appreciated the text the day before our stay and the immediate responses! You can’t pay for better communication. Overall, the property was pretty decent for our use and we enjoyed ourselves. When we reschedule our cruise and if in the same area, this property will be in consideration.
