The Space:

Welcome to a meticulously updated penthouse condo that combines modern elegance with a beachside vibe.



The living area features an open layout with chic furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment.



The bedrooms are designed for comfort, with plush beds, ample closet space, and tasteful decor. Both bedrooms include a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
