    Cape Winds Resort exterior renovations, 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, are nearing completion. The pool, hot tub spa, tennis & basketball courts are now open again.

    This ocean view 1B/2B is decorated in a beach themed style. This gorgeous condo will put you in a beach state of mind. The quaint cozy unit will be set the stage for a perfect beach getaway. Located just minutes from Port Canaveral and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy a coffee or late night drink on the extended balcony of the unit that has great ocean views! Absolute great place to stay!!!! Right on the beach close to everything we needed for our softball tournament. Within 30 min of space coast stadium. It was quiet, clean and no fighting for parking or the elevators ! It was a great place to stay!

We booked this unit on the beach for a family reunion. It was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the extra fan in the bedroom, the beach towels and new umbrella. This corner unit is bright and has an extra large balcony. The bed, pillows and linens were clean and comfy. All around great stay and our hostess Melanie was informative and responsive with my questions. I would recommend this place for a couple, or small family. The location is good as you are so close to the beach.

It was a wonderful, quiet condo in a great location right on the beach. The owners had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. They were very responsive, and I definitely would rent from them again.

Rest and Relaxation at the beach

This is a nice condo location in a very quiet neighborhood. Nice view. We enjoyed the pool and beach. Would stay here again!

Beach access was right on the property. Suoer easy to get to the shoreline. The pool was closed due to maintenance but the property owners informed us of that before we booked. Very easy check in and out. Property owners sent text messages to mae sure everything went as planned.

Short getaway

Me and my wife booked this condo for a three day getaway from Ohio! We have stayed at Cape winds multiple times, but this condo has been amazing! We loved everything about it! We will be booking again!

Great ocean getaway

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Cape Winds unit. Great views from the balcony (we could see the ocean on one side, and see the cruise ships on the other side. Great location, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo and beach spot! Recommend!

The condo was perfect size, priced well and accurately listed. We really enjoyed watching the cruise ships sail by and we were surprised with a rocket launch! We spent a lot time on the balcony which had great views with lots of space. We will book again!

Lovely stay

The place was gorgeous it had everything we needed for our stay the view was awesome and it was cery close to the beach. Only complaint I have are the mattresses on the sleeper sofa definitely needed replaced the wires and springs were very prominent so it made for a very uncomfortable sleep for our company that stayed with us. But id definitely stay again

Fantastic Getaway!!

Could'nt ask for anything better. Check in/Check out was a breeze. Nothing was overlooked as far as accommodations. Kitchen stocked w/plates, pots, utensils etc. New appliances and bed was comfy!! Oversized balcony had amazing view.

Cape Winds

This is a lovely unit. I enjoyed my stay at this property. The property was very quiet and clean. I would recommend this unit. It is close to the beach boardwalk and the pool was very clean and nice. I travel to Cape Canaveral multiple times per year as this is home for me. I will book this unit again in the future. The manager was very quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

Very nice stay.

My only complaint is that the hot tub was the same temperature as the swimming pool. Everything else was nicely as expected.
