“We had the best stay we could have imagined! We rented a luxury tent and we loved it! Cozy tent with a comfortable bed and a fire lit outside. We bought a bbq kit and made dinner and it was delicious. We borrowed bikes and went down to the sea and it was such a nice ride there. In the evening there was live music by the fire outside the main building and we gathered around and had grilled marshmallows and s’mores, so cozy! Thank you AutoCamp for this memorable stay! ”

“A very worn down place that you just stay at if there is nothing else around. Must say tough that the woman at the reception was very nice and that the room was surprisingly clean despite the outdated furniture. Very low rating but a staff that obviously makes a fantastic job.”

“We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

“Horrible - WAYYYYY under staffed - drove up from Maryland for a nice vacation with my wife, 10 month old and 3 year old - we left our house at 2am and showed up around 11am - asked for early check in? No? No problem, we get it so we hung out until 4pm like everyone else, 4pm - no room, no update 5pm - no room no update - 6pm no room no update - waived a $25 fee for my inconvenience? Cancelled our reservation. Was charged $700 - I won’t have a refund for 7-10 business days Just was a overall...

“Old fashioned, not really the cozy place you expect from a Cape Cod hotel at 300+ USD”

“We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

“My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. I ended up having to dry myself with a face towel. As if that weren't enough, there was no one available at the front desk for checkout at...
