âWe had booked a standard room that turned out to be horrible with a motel vibe next to the parking lot, poor service and the large swimming pool was closed. As we had travelled with our baby and didnât want to find a new hotel we decided to do an upgrade on the room, that was expensive (but plus for giving us a better price than online and helping out) but a completely different experience with nice view and amazing room and suddenly the service got much better.
