Almare – Gulf Access, Pool, Spa & Boat Dock

Villa Almare in Cape Coral offers a true Florida waterfront getaway with Gulf Access and less than 10 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River. Enjoy the south-facing pool area, electrically heated saltwater pool, hot tub and private dock with a 10,000-lb boat lift. With approximately 2,674 sq ft, 4 bedrooms and space for up to 8 guests, the villa offers plenty of room to relax.

Living Areas & Kitchen

The villa offers two separate living areas. The first living room overlooks the pool and is furnished with a three-seat sofa and two armchairs. The second living room opens toward the outdoor terrace, BBQ area and canal view and features a three-seat sofa, loveseat, Smart TV and fireplace.

The open kitchen includes an island with an additional prep sink. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a table for four and views of the pool and canal. A second dining table near the entrance seats six guests.

Pool & Outdoor Area

The fully screened terrace offers several seating and dining areas. Under the covered section you will find a dining table for six, a lounge area and a small bar with three bar stools and a convenient pass-through window to the kitchen. There is also an additional dining area with umbrella, BBQ grill and a 75-inch Smart TV.

Private Dock

The private dock features a 10,000-lb boat lift as well as two jet ski lifts. One of the lifts can also be used for a kayak. Guests can enjoy canal views and beautiful sunsets directly from the dock.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
