Great house!

We enjoyed our stay here. Cute house with nice pool. Close to town. A little drive to beaches with traffic. Quick response from host when arriving. No problems when there.

Great location and lots of rooms

It was qiuck and easy to get to many of our favorite places in both Cape Coral and Ft Myers. The house had a well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of bath and pool towels. Four bedrooms were a big benefit for our group.

Clean home with everything we wanted!

The home was just as described. Photos were accurate and not misleading. Very clean! The decor was bright and welcoming. The outdoor area was large with plenty of comfortable seating. There was a newer Blackstone grill for us to use. The pool was a good size and we enjoyed it very much. Valerie was pleasant to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

Loved the pool!

We really enjoyed the heated pool It was a little chilly for us the first day, but Valerie sent someone right over to heat it up a little more for us.We had plenty of space and loved that we could walk to several restaurants/bars for dinner!

Great find

This house is in a great location which is quiet and located close to everything. Some things in the house need updating like grab bars in the bathroom and working ceiling fans in every bedroom; only some worked. Otherwise it is pretty special. The pool was nice and warm all the time.

Trip to see our Ft Myers hurricane damaged property

Our stay was was very good as this property is a short drive to Ft Myers to see our damaged property. Since there was not much to recover at our Ft Myers property we were able to visit family and friends in the area. This rental property was a great location to visit people from Punta Gorda to Naples. We did not use the pool as it was too cool in the area when we had time to use the pool. But it looked nice and inviting. Would stay here again.

Retirement Celebration

The property was great. Biggest issue was the slider doors. They need to be replaced. Poor lock on one and the other was difficult to open and would get stuck. Left it alone after having to call property manager. Bathrooms could use update. Everything else worked out great.

Great house meeting all of our needs.

House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. there is limited closet space in the house. the TV was very good but instructions as to how to deal with the many remotes would have been helpful. The bikes were awesome and the air pump can in handy. Providing the garage door opener would allow for easier access to the bikes.

Loved the Yacht club

Yacht club was a great property. My family and I loved the location. It was very easy to get to because it was right over the bridge from Fort Myers. The location also provide you access to great restaurants and supermarkets. The house itself is beautifully decorated. We all made extremely positive comments when we walked through the door. The couch and the beds were so very comfortable. The smart TV was an added benefit. And the kitchen was immaculate and well equipped. The pool was perfect for the mid January weather. Since it was heated we were able to adjust the temperature enjoy the pool the entire time we were there. I would definitely rent this place again

Relaxing

Property fit our needs. Staying for more than a week would be a problem due to lack of closet space. If a room had a closet there were no hangers. Just a few minor tweaks wold make this place amazing-a good power washing, fixing the crooked light pole in front and some plants/landscaping!

Enjoyed our stay, but home needs TLC

This is a beautiful home but it is in need of repairs and renovations. The house is clean, spacious, has a full kitchen with everything you need, but we found lots of dead roaches in every cabinet and inside the silverware and pans. We had to do a major cleaning in the kitchen to be able to use utensils and pans. Bedding is comfortable, linens clean, decoration cute, but the AC in the living and kitchen areas doesn't work. The owners must known about this because they set up portable AC units in just two out of the 4 bedrooms. It was hot everywhere, every time. The pool area is nice and it has new furnishing but needs lighting fixture replace it gets really dark in the patio at night. Regardless, we make the most of our time and we enjoyed the pool very much along with the boat dock. The house has a dock with easy access to the ocean, so it was easy to get in and out of the house with the boat we rented. Lots of potential but it needs more attention.
