VRCC Villa Sundance - holiday villa at the 8-Lakes

Villa Sundance is located in the most desirable area of Cape Coral. Surrounded by the 8 lakes and close to Cape Harbor, there is no better way for extended jogging tours, bike tours or skating tours. Unlike the rest of Cape Coral, the path is not blocked by inevitable canals and there are bike paths everywhere. Cape Coral's best restaurants and Tarpoon Point with its restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Various other shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are also within walking distance.

Our villa has all furniture and appliances to make your vacation unforgettable. The pool area has been redesigned and offers complete privacy. Our pool system has also been improved and includes the skin friendly saltwater filter system.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room (with 60'LCD + Apple TV) you can enjoy the view of the large pool and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can both be opened completely, so that there is a great inside-outside feeling.
The lounge area and the dining table are completely covered and offer pleasant shade.

In addition to the large master bedroom (also LCD TV) with a king-size bed and walk-in closet, there is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom with pool access and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

In the master bedroom there is the large bathroom with a spacious shower and double vanity. Our guest toilet has a bath with shower.

You also have a wonderful view of the pool from the kitchen with oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge with ice dispenser and microwave.

From the living room, dining room, master bedroom and 2nd Bedroom has direct access to the pool.

Furthermore, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

Girls trip

This was the perfect house for a girls trip with my sisters! The house was very beautiful and has everything you need. The pool and outdoor eating area was our favorite spot. The location was perfect too. Only about a half hour from Sanibel, Fort Myers and Pine Island. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice house and pool

We had a great time enjoying the pool and the many beaches a short drive away. The layout of the house was ideal for us with the kids on one end and us on the other., and a vast living space in-between. Also, use of the garage was a big plus, as the weather was HOT!. Checkin was a little slower than expected because our door code didn't work. After contacting VRBO, and them calling the owner to secure the new door code, the rest of the trip went smoothly.

Beautiful Getaway!

We booked this beautiful home for a weekend away with out little family. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Clean home and pool. We had everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing get away. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would totally recommend to anyone considering to book this place.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids 2,8,11 and had a great time. Layout of the house was perfect our room to the left there’s all the way on the other side of the home 😂 House was clean and spacious. Pool was perfect and deep to dive into. No safety gate or fencing for the pool so if that’s a must for you maybe ask about it. Everything worked great and the area is easy to get around. Great park not far from the house with play area and butterfly garden which was really nice. We visited Sannibel island and we loved it, there is a small outlets also not that far away. Also a local indian restaurant that was amazing we ate at a couple of times. It was a really nice laid back vacation

The property was everything we wanted.

The property was great! The pool was always warm, the management team was nice and even accommodated us early on check in, which was Invaluable as we were exhausted. We were there for our honeymoon and it fit our needs perfectly. When we return we may rent this property again. The only minor complaint that I have is a leaky shower, the toilet squeals for a few moments when you flush it in the master bath, and the blinds need to be replaced in the master bedroom and living room area. Other than those small things, the house was exceptionally clean, and everything we needed was there. Thank you and see you again!

Great experience

This was my first time using VRBO and I was very happy. I arrived and everything was clean and orderly. The aesthetic of the home bright and airy. The beds were comfortable, we had supplies in the kitchen to cook/grill, they even had beach/pool toys and bikes my kids could use. I loved the open concept and the large sliding doors to the pool area definitely made it feel very indoor/outdoor. The neighborhood was very peaceful. We went on a few walks; the area was very nice for that. Stores were nearby and easily accessible. Beaches were about an hour away but that was no problem for us. The property management was easy to get a hold of if I needed anything. Thank you for a such a great first time experience!

Nice stay for the week

We had a great week in Cape Coral! The house was nice, fairly clean, and decently stocked. Cons: The toilet in the master bathroom makes a horrible screeching sound after you flush. Nothing wrong with the toilet, but the sound is super loud and annoying. The towels smelled sour/stale. There are no baking sheets in the kitchen. We couldn’t find any at the grocery store so we had to purchase throw away baking sheets. The internet went in and out numerous times. Someone stopped by in the middle of our vacation to pick up a check in sheet. I didn’t have any instructions on checking in saying we had to fill anything out or turn anything in, so to be honest, it was really awkward to have someone knock on the door randomly one day. As we were packing up to leave, we were a few minutes behind. The cleaning people showed up and were very polite and happy to wait, but a man from the rental company or something showed up after and was extremely rude to us as we were packing our vehicle. Instead of understanding that we were about 15-20 minutes behind, he condescendingly asked if we were planning on leaving anytime soon… clearly we were going in and out of the house packing our vehicle. It was completely unnecessary. Pros: Our kids loved the pool and the ability to swim anytime they wanted. The house was decorated well, the beds were comfortable, there were pool toys/floats, beach chairs, and bikes available. When we had to call management, they answered in a timely manner and helped us with our issues quickly. Overall we had a nice time.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. I’ll definitely be searching through this owner again for other locations! The communication response was always quick and helpful. The location was great! Right in between Sanibel island and Ft. Meyers. We enjoyed some places right in town as well!!! The location is quiet and friendly! Have absolutely zero complaints!!!

Lovely home

This house was beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. We parked the car in the garage. They had some pool toys and chairs for the beach in the garage. Plenty of towels and kitchen was full of home comforts to use when cooking. The only negative thing was the TVs. We had trouble in the master getting the fire stick to work properly..part of that was a prior family had logged in and you would need a code to log them out. The television in the main area would not connect to our Netflix or Disney plus. It would just give us a error message. We were finally able to get the YouTube tv to work for some free kids movies and local channels but had to unplug the router each day for 2 minutes to get that to work..as every morning it would say your tv is not connected to internet. I realize we were not there for the internet or movies but would have been nice later in the day for the kiddos to relax. Pool was beautiful and we would definitely come back to this property!!

We had an enjoyable stay here - there were no hiccups and everything went smoothly which is all you can ask for. The property didn’t come with a high chair or crib, but we were able to hire from the management company (at an additional cost). Would recommend.

Relaxation Retreat

This vacation home was exquisite from the moment we opened the door. The home was very clean and the decorations are amazing and very suitable for every room. The home is bright, updated, clean, and in a wonderful location. The outside pool area is peaceful, well decorated, and extremely well kept. We were able to enjoy a view of the canal while still having the privacy we hoped for. We were able to use the bikes provided with the home, beach equipment, and cooler. The Property Managers were extremely helpful, followed up to ensure our stay was going well, and went above and beyond for our additional request of flowers and champagne. This place is truly serenity, beautiful, and a great place for a getaway for a family or couple. We highly recommend this vacation home and are extremely happy with our experience.

Nice Long Weekend

We enjoyed our stay, the booking was easy, I sent the owner a couple of messages before our trip, he responded within 3 minutes, that was awesome. On the way from the airport I messaged asking if we could check in 30 minutes early, he said it might interfere if the cleaning service was there, I responded that if they were there we would wait, it wasn't a big deal. We arrived about 20 minutes early and the house was empty. I contacted the property management to check in, they said to just do a walk thru and note any issues and Sunday at 9:30 if things worked out they would be there to do a walk thru at check out, nobody every came, although someone was parked in the road waiting for us to leave. I have 2 things that disappointed me, the kitchen floor had spots where it appeared something was spilled on it prior to check in, and the other was in the owners suite, the sheet covering the mattress has nice size holes in it. Considering there was a substantial cleaning fee, I didn't expect to see either of those things. Other than that, its a nice peaceful area with privacy. We would rent here again if we come back to the cape.
