  • 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, 2300 kvadratmeter hem. Allt nytt kök med bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Båda badrummen totalrenoverade med bänkskivor i granit. Alla nya golvplattor i hela hemmet. Detta hem är ett hus från floden. Privat uppvärmd pool med sydlig exponering. Mycket ganska stadsdel som är bra för promenader och cykling. Hemmet har ett mycket stort pooldäck för att sola eller bara titta på båtarna gå förbi.

We had an amazing stay at this Cape Coral home near the river! The location was perfect, with beautiful waterfront views and excellent fishing right from the property. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The host was fantastic—communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from booking through checkout. We truly appreciated how easy the entire process was.If you're looking for a peaceful waterfront getaway with great fishing, stunning views, and all the amenities of home, we highly recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Made a great week getaway with my wife and kids, mother, brother and his wife and kids. Had an amazing time. Would come back, kids enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock.

Very clean home and awesome outdoor space including the heated pool, large BBQ grill, tables and tv, and the tiki hut on the dock! Nice speakers available outside too! Great neighborhood for walking/running or bike riding as well.

Supreme setup

If you want to just find a place to relax and chill with family and friends, this property couldn’t be better equipped. Gorgeous peaceful channel/river views and breeze, pristine pool, amazing outdoor kitchen and great room set up.

Beautiful location!

We enjoyed our vacation and staying at this house. It was simply beautiful to relax by the water and have fun in the pool. Everything was very clean and the perfect space our group of two families with kids! We can't wait to come back.

Tiki Dream

We had an amazing family vacation in Cape Coral. House is beautiful and right on the water. Enjoyed the view, and family atmosphere. We were there during a storm but still made the best of it. Look forward to visiting again.

The Tiki on the water is awesome we caught several fish and blue crabs. We loved just relaxing and watching all of the boats coming and going

Relaxing family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time, the home is kept up well and has great amenities. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and fishing, using the beach items in the garage to go to Sanibel island, and cooking meals and playing games with each other. The location is gorgeous and will not disappoint you!

Beautiful!!

Beautiful home with lots to keep your family entertained on site. We had a 4 day swim meet in Fort Myers and needed a place where the family could relax since they wouldn’t be at the pool 10+ hours a day with my athlete. They liked all the amenities, the neighborhood, and the local food.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! Everyone enjoyed the pool and ping pong table! Having coffee in the tiki hut by the water every morning was incredible! We would highly recommended this property!❤️

Perfect family vacation home!

This home had everything we needed to have the perfect vacation! From the location with gorgeous tiki hut on the dock to the ping pong table and basketball hoop, this property made out vacation memorable. Paradise

Location is the best, quiet street on a beautiful canal where you are overlooking the river as well. House fit 4 adults and 2 children with no problems at all. The pool area is huge and perfect for lounging all day long. Had everything we could have asked for!

Spectacular! Comfortable, clean and so well thought out for guests to enjoy. There are all of the comforts of home (good beds, fans, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, well stocked kitchen) and many extras (TVs, music speakers, good blinds in each room that made sleeping in easy, beach towels, beach equipment, an amazing Tiki hut with shade and a breeze). We swam in the pool daily, enjoyed fishing off of the dock, rented a boat, cooked outdoors under the lanai and had no issues with those pesty little No-Seeums. We will be back!

The perfect place for our vacation stay

We had such an amazing time on this vacation and part of the reason it went so well is because of this house where we stayed. The pool was perfect, the view was really nice, the house is so nice inside and out, and the property manager was such a nice guy. Don’t hesitate on this one, if it’s available take advantage and snatch it up.
