4 large sliding doors open the entire house to the screen enclosed pool, which overlooks your boat moored to your own private waterfront dock. The location is perfect with sail boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. No bridges or locks. Just 20 minutes to the open waters.

Washer and dryer available, 4 bicycles for your use. Pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas waiting and ready.

February getaway

Quite, beautiful, liked the birds especially the Bourrow owls in the front yard and along the street, nice clean and warm pool, a grill that actually worked, enough room inside and outside to enjoy the stay. Also liked that we could throw a fishing rod with bait and occasionally catch a fish!

Girls trip

The house was exactly as described and more. We all needed a week to relax and unwind and this exceeded our expectations. We could all spread out and have our private space when we needed it and then have space to lounge by the pool, or in the spacious living room . Highly recommend for girls trip or a family. Will be coming back again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was very clean and the pool was heated and ready to go for us right when we arrived. Kat was there to welcome us and did a great job of acclimating us with the house, she was very helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Kerry's House

At one point we had 8 family members staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for making family dinners. Our grandkids loved the pool and watching the boats go by along the canal. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral and hope to be back again.

Great house for families

Kat was very helpful with the last minute reservation. All was good in the house. Found downtown Ft Myers to be an awesome place for all kinds of food....try the ice cream store "Best ice cream under the sea" Great experience!

“Fantastic Villa”

What an exceptional place to be either on a sunny or rainy day. The outdoor living space was clean and comfortable and had gorgeous views of the canal. My husband loved fishing from the dock and got lucky catching some fish. The Pool is large and warm. There were plenty of floats and toys for young ones. Neighborhood was extremely peaceful and quiet and we were there for the 4th of July. Owners have taken great care of this home and it showed in every room. The pictures of each room were exactly how they appeared Management team of Petra and Kathy and owners Marilyn and Kerry were great from check in to check out. Area has lots of restaurants and Grocery stores nearby We only stayed a week but we know we will definitely be back for a longer vacation. So if you’re looking for a beautiful relaxing vacation home you will find it all here.

Nice home.

The home is well kept, the kitchen is well equipped and the pool is very nice and much bigger than most we have seen in this area. Heat for pool worked great too. Beds were comfortable.
