I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get - maybe even better! The home was in fantastic condition, very little wear and tear. Everything was very clean and we had just about everything we needed to prepare meals for our large family. We had 8 guests in our party, and everyone had ample space to relax and unwind. The lanai is absolutely fantastic. Completely enclosed - so almost zero bugs - just a gorgeous space. We ate almost every meal out there. The grill area has an ice maker which was super helpful for packing our coolers for beach outings, and for keeping drinks cool while sipping poolside. The pool is perfect for families - a sundeck for little ones to splash and play, but the pool was also deep enough for jumping and playing pool games for older kids, too. The most fantastic hot tub, as well- we used it every night! The garage was equipped with all the pool toys and beach accessories you need, and the game room was used nightly by our teenagers. The neighborhood is very quiet and provides quick access to the beaches and local entertainment. We would stay at this home again in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to several friends. Vito, our host, was very responsive to any questions. I looked at a lot of Cape Coral properties in the hunt for the perfect spot, and I'm telling you, this one is it! We hope to return again soon!
