Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Easy & quick out and still close to 47th St. Open floor plan with huge island ready for LCR, meals or whatever your group needs. 4 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 1 queen and one queen bunk room. Pool, lanai, dock for a 24' boat, grill, outdoor games- corn hole, connect 4, giant Jenga, blowup paddles boards. Close to Cape's beach and The Yacht Club.
Open kitchen, living and dining room with a huge island and a sitting area for sipping coffee in the morning for a slow row. Back is basically a big window to the pool and lanai equipped with outdoor games, seating and dining areas to enjoy with your group. Master has king size bed and master bath with stand up shower. Another bedroom with a view of the pool, king size bed and a cozy chair to take a solo quiet AC break if needed while still watching the kiddos. A fun cozy bedroom with a queen size bed. And last but not least the Queen bunk room with a pull out couch for the kids or adults can sleep in as well. 400lb limit on top bunk. The garage holds the outdoor games as well as the blow up paddle boards and cornhole. Some beach chairs, umbrella and beach bag for easy beach trips. You can dock your boat right out back but we do not have a useable lift at the moment. Dock can accommodate a 24' boat.
